Best on-line shopping experience

This was the best on-line shopping experience I have ever had. December 24 I ordered a Michael Kors puffer on sale at Macy’s and today less than a week later it arrived to me in Sweden. This period included Christmas days so really amazing! It is probably not the cheapest way of buying products from US, but I gladly pay every dollar for this superb, highly efficient and safe handling. Extra plus for the handwritten note from Phillis-a state of the art in custumer service! I will definitely use BAB again.

Great service for that one item that you absolutely must have

I was looking for a Tumi backpack which Tumi does not sell in Europe. But through Big Apple Buddy I was able to buy it and it was delivered in excellent condition through FedEx. Luckily the bag itself was being sold at a hefty discount because the handling and shipping costs are not cheap. Of course, that's the price for ordering overseas and they are clearly mentioned upfront on their site before you order. I knew what I was getting into. From their communication and the included personal note you can also tell the service is run by people that care. Even after the item has been delivered, they checked to see if everything is in order.

I had a lovely experience with big apple buddy. I bought a laptop that was only available in the US and shipped to Europe. The process was extremely fast and I did love getting plenty of updates. Even though I didn't need customer service I knew someone would be available easily to chat at anytime which was great. I will certainly buy here again. Thank you!

Great way to get a Magic Leap Internationally

After trying to buy a Magic Leap 2 several times from another website that just wouldn't work, I tied Big Apple Buddy and the process was clear and simple and I got the ML2 long before I expected to, given it was coming to Australia from the US. Would definitely recommend.
