BitMart is censoring users and holding 109,000 XPR. I was BANNED from their sub for proving they own the wallet keys.
I am sharing this as a warning to everyone using BitMart.
The Issue: I sent 109,287.5 XPR (from MEXC) to BitMart using the 'eos11bitmart' address via the XPR Network.
The Lie: BitMart support (Case #369072) claims this wallet 'doesn't belong to them' on the XPR network. However, I have irrefutable proof they own it: I have successful previous deposits to this EXACT same address that were credited to my account by BitMart.
The Censorship: When I posted this evidence on r/BitMartExchange, they permanently banned me within minutes instead of solving the issue. They are using a generic 'scam warning' template to cover up the fact that they are holding user assets.
The Proofs (See attached images):
Confirmation from BitMart that previous deposits to 'eos11bitmart' were credited.
Confirmation from Metal Blockchain (XPR Network) stating that if BitMart credited it before, they control the keys.
MEXC Support confirming they are ready for the 'Return to Sender'.
The ban message I received today for exposing this.
Don't let them do this to you. A manual refund is technically possible, but they prefer to keep the funds and silence the victims.

Be careful
Do not risk your hard-earned money with BitMart.
It is important to mention that I completed Level 2 KYC as a Canadian customer, and even the fiat source of my funds was clear and documented.
In my experience, BitMart makes deposits and trading easy, but when you try to withdraw your own funds, they start using vague and unreasonable excuses to delay or restrict the withdrawal.
A platform that accepts your money easily but creates obstacles when you want to take it out should not be trusted.
I completely lost my trust in BitMart.

I am writing this review to share my real experience with BitMart.
I am a fully verified user (KYC completed with European documents), and I have been using the platform normally. Recently, during a sudden market price movement, I made several spot purchases based on the prices displayed on the BitMart trading interface, just like any regular trader would do.
Shortly after, my account was suddenly frozen with a total balance of approximately $12,500. I did not attempt to withdraw any funds. In fact, after the purchases, I even deposited an additional 3,900 USDC, which clearly shows I had no intention of doing anything wrong.
BitMart later informed me that my account was suspended due to "suspicious transactional activities" and that they are investigating. They also stated that I am allowed to withdraw my principal funds, but the withdrawal function is still disabled, and I cannot access my money.
I have fully cooperated with their support team, provided all requested information, and expressed my willingness to accept cancellation of any disputed trades. However, after several days, my funds are still frozen, and I am still waiting for them to enable withdrawal of my principal.
This situation is very stressful because this money represents my personal savings, and I acted in good faith based on the information shown on their platform.
I hope BitMart will resolve this situation fairly and either allow me to withdraw my funds or restore full access to my account so I can continue trading without any limitations.

First case: I deposited 3000 USDD using the wallet address I took from my account with them. The 3k never reached in. I contacted the support they said the contract address has changed, and it is my fault. I shall have contacted support before making any deposits! Who ever do that on earth?
2nd case, I traded USDD vs USDT on thier platform. They gave me -300$ of what I was supposed to receive (reason: market) lol
3rd case, I put 2000$ in USD1 on flexible earning as it has an APR of 20%. After a while, when I redeemed my balance, they cut off 30$ (which is all what I have earned) with no reason. And even in the history there it showed I redeemed 1970$, not 2000$.
THIS IS SCAM! THIS IS STEALING YOUR FUNDS IN DAY LIGHT
Scam Exchange!!! BEWARE
I made a deposit and the address they gave me was changed so eventually the coins were sent to an address of a different network, and they could have simply bridged the coins to the correct one instead they asked me to pay a 200 fee to recover the funds.

Is BitMart bankrupt?
After the hack in 2022 I can’t withdraw my assets. CEO said that there would be a compensation. Who want to join a class action lawsuit against Bitmart?
I ask Bitmart to enable withdraw of my assets or provide a buy back program.
Well, I wanted to share my negative experience with the exchange. I'll start by saying that, in general, BITMART hadn't really let me down before, and I liked the exchange until the following curious incident.
So, about 4-5 days ago (I've lost track already), I decided to send my WILD tokens to BITMART. At the moment I sent them, absolutely nothing seemed amiss—the deposit was open—and after sending, my tokens successfully showed up as "pending." So, suspecting nothing, I was just waiting. But after a while, I noticed that the deposit was taking suspiciously long, which of course worried me.
I tried to find the problem, and it turned out that the deposit for the WILD token had already been closed. And I want to emphasize this: I made my deposit before BITMART managed to close their deposit; otherwise, the tokens simply wouldn't have appeared as "pending," but they did...
At this point, I of course started to worry, but I thought it wasn't a disaster and I just needed to wait a bit longer than usual. After some time, while communicating on social media, I came across people with the same problem as me. And what was my surprise when I found out that their tokens had been credited—with a delay, but they were credited—while mine were not.. :)
After that, I went to support. But the only thing they did to "help" was to tell me that I needed to wait, and wait, and wait. I had already figured that out for myself and I was waiting, but guys, it's already the fifth day, and support isn't giving me any specifics. Well, this is just too much..
