Most reviewers were unhappy with their experience overall. People frequently mentioned that customer service is completely unhelpful, leaving buyers ignored and facing severe communication delays when trying to resolve product issues. Customers also experienced frustrating hardware faults, such as broken charging ports, cameras failing shortly after purchase, and poor overall device performance. Though some reviewers were happy with their new devices and praised the reliable battery life, durable build, or helpful support staff, these pleasant moments remain uncommon. Future potential buyers should carefully consider these recurrent quality control and customer support concerns before making a final purchasing decision on the official website.
Auto-generated from all reviews of this business. For reference only.I would recommend blackview to anyone looking for an affordable tough rugged phone I've had my bv6000 for nearly 3 years now and dropped it many times and used it in the rain quite often (being in the uk) and it's never let me down, it's also quite a high spec for the price allowing me to play any game/app I want with ease. I will hopefully be upgrading soon and will definitely be staying with blackview for the foreseeable future.
