Love how fast the shipping was. The binding of the book was damaged which is annoying when I'm opening the book, but I'm renting the book so it wasn't a big deal.

Overcharged and refuse to refund
I purchased expedited 2-day shipping and it was sent regularly (received it an entire week later). When I contacted the customer service to request a refund they refused giving a million and one bogus excuses as to why the book came so late. When I told them their customer service was awful/wouldn't be back I was told "my opinion is respected". UNREAL. BEWARE!

Great prices - cheaper than Amazon this time - free shipping but I wish the shipping time was a little faster though. If Amazon has the same item for the same price or very close to the same price I'll choose Amazon Prime for the 2 day shipping!
