Don’t use budgetair. My flight on Porter was cancelled, Porter refunded budgetair and budgetair didn’t automatically refund me and now that I submitted two refund requests they are telling me it’s not eligible for refund. Total scam.

Following your request, we officially submitted your refund claim to Porter Airlines on August 4th and are currently awaiting their authorization and release of funds. I only want to know why Booking with Budget air is very simple and fast but takes long to issue the air tickets. May I know some reasons for the delay in issuing the Air ticket

Your booking page isn't clear when there are multiple airlines involved in a trip. When booking a return- trip from Vancouver to Yellowknife, I selected Premium standard for including luggages but E-tickets included luggages only for the in-bound (returning) trip!!! Also, When calling for the help, the service lady had very bad attitude. She was unprofessional and not helpful at all!
