They're very noisy on hardwood. The sizing is awkward for a women's US 8. I feel like I have to clutch them with my toes to keep them on, but a medium would be too small. The memory foam is why I bought them, but it's too plush and the weight of my forefoot isn't enough to push down the foam, so I am kind of walking on my heels and clutching with my toes to try to keep them on. Disappointed. :(
