Still not received my order 528208 Did NOT receive an email as replied by you on my previous review. Now 26th March, 2 full months since ordering and not received my order. I have checked the tracking information and nothing since 1st March.

Stuff looks good but don't do it!
The item was as it appeared but was a very strange cut. It didn't fall well and I'll never wear it. It took over a month to receive it and was late even according to their shipping schedule , "after processing". Customer service is non existent! I was in the hospital when it arrived, my husband picked it up. Four days after receiving it I tried to return it. The return instructions page wouldn't let me send the request because it said the time window for return had expired! It was less than a week since delivered. They say you have 30 days to return item for complete refund. I sent a message to "customer service" and have heard nothing. I will never order from them again. Temu is a much better experience. After my review they did respond to me. There were some hoops to jump through, but they did provide a return address and I have sent the item back. The return postage was about a third of the cost of the item.

Beware…
Best love what you order from these people because they don't stand by their products and make it near impossible but costly to return when they are defective. I ordered a purse from them recently. It's next to impossible to close the clasp without spending 20 minutes trying to close it securely. It's unusable if I can't secure it. They refuse to send a prepaid return label and expect me to pay to return it. I'm wanting to return it because it's useless. They offered me $20 to go out and buy a new button. If I did that I would also have to pay a repair person to sew it on. Ridiculous.

Good Product Slow Delivery
The thing I like best about BUYKUD is that they carry clothing with some natural fibers instead of all polyesters. They also have some really fun and unique styled clothing. My reason for only 3 stars is that I feel they need to up their game in their delivery process. There is not enough communication as to when the order will be received and if there are delays. I understand delays happen in the shipping business, but when the link they give shows no update or movement for weeks, it is easy to feel like the order is lost. Also, in my last order I paid for an expedited delivery-which really didn’t happen-so that was false advertising in my opinion. Fun products-rotten delivery service.

The originality and cut was very good, the print fabulous. The return was not due to its quality and this is an aspect which would need some attention. The fact there is no warehouse in Canada renders the reimbursement quite arduous. As for the rest, it is a a great place to shop.
