I've purchased three dresses - one at a time - and have been happy with two. One of them is just cut too large as happens with one size fits all scenarios. I just bet it will be a huge hassle to try to exchange it so I am going to wear it for unimportant occasions like supermarket trips. The other two dresses, in terms of design concept, fabric and craftsmanship are very good. I like the two that fit very much and get lots of compliments so overall, for the price, I'm just going to cost average and keep buying from Buykud unless or until something unacceptable happens. I like the unique aspect too much to write them off.
I have just received my second order and I am very happy with my purchases so far. The delivery time to Canada was less than a week and I got updates to my cell phone with status of my parcel almost daily. Also, I wear a size 14/16 Canadian and, as long as you check the sizing, and choose the right designs, they will fit.
It's a shame that so many people have had such negative experiences. I must of just struck lucky!
I just received a Buykud dress which is ok and fitting me although I am much taller and larger than the model,
BUT the add on their websaid says "100% cotton" and that is DEFINITELY NOT the case (I know how cotton feels). Furthermore, the dress bears no label indicating the composition or how to wash it.
Bought four pieces. 1. A good sweater 2. A top made out of outdoor cushion cover material. 3. A top that was suppose to be linen-not. A nicely made coat-way too small.

I bought the 'Slim Thin Knitted Deep Blue Sweater' which is more of a dress. In the photo, the dress comes down to the model's ankles (they give the model's height which is the same as mine). However, in reality the dress comes to my knees - quite a different dress to that shown. The material is nice, the shape is good (the way it falls - v flattering) but I didn't buy a knee length dress, I thought I was buying a long one. The measurements say it's 125cm long, but mine is about 85cm. I loved the styles on the site, but sadly I can't trust them now, so won't be buying anything from them again. Also, this shorter version is not worth the 61 Euros I paid - if I had seen this in a shop I wouldn't have paid more than 25 Euros.

I ordered a dress and it arrived quickly, the fabric was nice and it was well made. So I ordered a second dress. It also arrived quickly and the fabric was a nice light linen.
Unfortunately the collar and 'waist' seam were not turned and finished. Anyone who sews will know that a collar is stitched inside-out and turned so that the cut edge is inside and therefore will not fray.
I know that some 'fashions' have exposed raw edges but this did not show in the detail photos of the dress, even the close-up of the collar. The dropped-waist seam was similarly unfinished.
I wrote to ask if the dress was meant to be made that way, or was it just a faulty garment. They offered me a refund of $5.00 which, considering the dress cost $96.00 AUD just made me laugh! Then they said I could return the dress for a replacement and gave me postal details and instructions. But I liked the dress, except for the fraying edges. Unfortunately, there is no-one who understands English well-enough to tell me whether a replacement dress would have the same frayed seams or whether it would be properly finished.
In the end I finished it myself! A lot of work, but that was easier than dealing with the language difficulties.
Given that these are not real bargain-priced clothes, it is a pity Buykud doesn't employ someone with language skills suited to providing adequate answers to customer enquiries.
Read all the bad reviews and was troubled, but the item I ordered has arrived, well within the time promised, and is exactly what I wanted. I've tried it on, but have only given four stars as I haven't washed it as yet - but intend to do so on a very gentle programme at 30 degrees C or less.
I was concerned, having read others' reviews. But my order of two garments arrived quickly (okay, not amazon quick, but in about a week). I sent a question about delivery and got a prompt answer. The garments -- well, yes, the fabrics are not what I would choose here in the US. I have bought clothes in Mexico and China, however, and yes, the standards are different. Really, consider the prices -- they are very very reasonable, in my view. The clothes look very cool on the young slim models, but mine look really nice on this old, pudgy woman, too. If you are drooling over the styles, take a chance, that's my advice.
I just love the dress I bought from BuyKud.com. I ordered, used Pay Pal and received my dress a few days later. DHL delivered at my door. The quality of the Cotton fabric seems ok of and the size of the dress is as expected. I think I will trust BuyKud again.
Communication is bad! Only use email not message as they don't confer. You will have to gamble on whether it's cotton or poly even if it is stated that it's cotton. I bought 4 garments, the thick linen one I am happy with, the other 2 are not the the fabric stated, one is fleece not cotton, but good quality fleece and the corduroy hood and sleeves are real, the other a cardigan is part poly. The fourth a dress, is thin and poor quality cotton , I think, I burnt some of the threads and it burned like cotton but looks like poly, it's also the wrong colour, the styles are true to the pictures otherwise. The garments arrived very quickly.....maybe because I tried to complain about them screwing up my order, they never replied but I received the right stuff in the end . I imagine it would be a nightmare to return anything, buyer beware.
I ordered and had received (without any postage / delivery problems) two items..a dress and some dungarees. Whilst the oversized styles & artsy fabrics are very much 'me'. I'd wanted to order lots but unfortunately wont - the quality of the fabrics they use are so poor, literally embarrassing to wear. I paid £60 for a 'linen' dress..☹️

I ordered 4 items, was unhappy with 3, had to request return instructions through email. After some back and forth communication during which they tried to persuade me not to return for a full refund, company refused to pay for return costs- this is so far out of line with online norms established in the clothing industry that I would never buy from them again.
These dresses are designed to be rather artistic in style. They are unique, tasteful, and extremely comfortable. Not at all deserving of all the bad reviews here. You can't find styles like this in your department stores.

From the other comments I see, people have problems with Buykud for returns and customer service. I have to say I only ordered "one size fits all" items -- 3 in total -- so no returns needed. The quality was outstanding. I've worn and washed my dresses many times, the color stays as well as the shape. But ladies, do look elsewhere on the web on other online stores, like Ericdress or Newchic, because I've found some of the same items they have on Buykud for a quarter of the price!! That's not cool. Unless they're not the same quality? Who knows? Hence only 4 stars, not five.
they did not send all my orders at once and they did not respond to my emails. only when I gave them a very bad review in trust pilot and sent a copy to them I received the last part of my orders.
