i love my shoes! i was concerned when i saw so many negative reviews, but took a chance anyway. LOVE THEM, might buy another pair. they might be 10% too small, but, i'll deal bc they are so soft, like well made espadrilles.

Happy with service and clothing.
Received 4 clothing orders on time and goods as requested so I’m another customer surprised by the negative comments (although many seem to be for shoes). The only reservation I have is that quality has varied and some clothes have lost colour in a few washes. However, taking price into account and speed of delivery (to NZ) plus the fact that I got one of my favourite dresses from them, I’m more than happy to use Buykud again.
A very different perspective to some
I have placed orders with the company for a number of different items and have been delighted with them all. Delivery was timely and product quality was as described. I have to say that none of the items were tightly fitted but then I think if you stick to one size fits all and loose cut you'll never have a problem. Remember they come from China and model sizes will never match our western shapes. Two of my friends are now avid Buykd shoppers as well. Overseas online shopping is not always the same as it is at home. I for one wouldn't hesitate in recommending them.
I had 2 Dresses that i was not happy…
I had 2 Dresses that i was not happy with one was to small the other large! I askt for help and was adviced to return them would have to pay postage i did send them Postage $48 still i have not recived any more from Buykud! asking for help i was saed once the item would be recieved i would get my credit iam still waiting ! still hoping !

Do not use this company from the uk unless you're absolutely sure you will be happy to accept the goods whether they fit or suit you. It is almost impossible to return them. Also note that you will be charged a $\£ exchange rate on you payment card.
Happy with my purchase
I've bought a bag, dress and jacket from Buykud and am very happy with the products, fabric and delivery. Was going to order again but am surprised by the other reviews. In Australia we don't have the tax issue I guess.
Angry and out of pocket!
My first purchase was great. My second order was awful - horrible material and sizing was hopeless. The returns policy is a total scam ..... over $50 to send it back with a tracker. Now they won't reply to any emails and i'm sure i won't get my money back. I think they give okay service to start with to get you in. Will NEVER deal with them again .... am over $200 out of pocket! Have been totally scammed, i think!
Happy with my dress
Happy with my dress I didn't discover Trustpilot until after I placed my order with Buykud. I ordered a linen dress and it arrived in about 3 weeks. I didn't have any problems with the post or with customs. The dress looked the way I was expecting. The sleeves are a little short, but otherwise it's great. It washed well, and I'm quite happy with it.
Took a risk!
Read all the reviews and decided to take a risk. Ordered a coat and it is beautiful, a lovely material and seems very well made. The parcel was held up at customs at East Midlands but I emailed them the confirmation email of the order and that seemed to do the trick. Haven't had a customs bill ( so far). Overall, very pleased with the item but I can see that returning items would be a nightmare.

I have bought some lovely clothes from this company. However, recently I purchased 2 dresses which were held up at East Midlands awaiting customs clearance. I have just received them and they are beautiful but I have also received a bill from TNT the transport company for £65.00 which consists of import tax and VAT. This makes the clothes extremely expensive has anyone else had this sort of bill to pay?
Nightmare and a lot of drama with receiving items
I put in my first order 3rd Jan. I have been emailing them since regarding deliver and items that are out of stock. However they took my money!!! Finally after 2 weeks they released some of mY items BUT are stuck in DHL depot as I need to send proof of purchase for EXPORT VAT. I had no idea this was going to be a problem and I will be paying more to get the items. I have emailed Buykud regarding this, they are very slow to answer and still waiting So will not be using this company ever again and have no idea what my items will be like i.e. if I ever receive them. Very unhappy customer Update 3rd feb Have received my items and luckily did not have to pay anything extra but did have to send DHL a receipt of purchase order. The items were great. However scarred by the whole process and not sure I will order again. It took about 12-15 emails back and forth to sort everything out. It is a great shame their customer and delivery service let the down as I am really pleased with the items Now also a sad customer as will not risk ordering again.
Pleasantly surprised
Having ordered a dress for the first time from Buykud last week, I checked the reviews this morning and was freaked out by all the negative comments. I assumed I had wasted my money, but coincidentally a parcel arrived this afternoon from Buykud with my dress. I opened it with trepidation but it looked like the picture and the material was what I expected. Even better it fitted! Clearly this is not the norm judging from the other comments, but I felt the need to share my positive experience to this forum.
Stuck in customs. Items 'under valued'
1st experience of buying items from Buykud was positive. Loved the clothes and thought good value. This time my items were stuck in customers since 2nd January. I contacted Buykud several times and still no goods, then they just stopped replying to me. I contacted TNT, seems they had under valued the goods. I sent TNT proof of invoice and they have agreed to ship the goods. What they said was that they had LOTs of problems like with this particular company Finally arrived - 19 days after it got to Stanstead. Like the clothes, well made and fitted
Damaged material unresolved complaint $56 out of pocket
Damaged material. Quick delivery. Appalling customer service if goods are faulty and damaged. I was delivered a dress that has a L shape faded line from the shoulder down to middle of the dress, the line resembled the folds of the dress in the packaging and it looked as if it had been left in the sun and was sun bleached. I contacted Buykud the day I received the goods, as requested to inform them of faulty damaged goods and that I would require the P&P to be free of charge as the dress was unwearable, I sent 8 photos in total over a 2 week period to the service email address. Eventually I received a return email and was offered $8 refund on a $56 unwearable dress, I refused this sum to then be offered $12. A total insult to my intelligence thinking I would accept $12 for a dress I cannot wear. My emails have since been ignored I have sent one everyday for the last 10 days. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE
Misleading and dishonest
I have looked at the site many times and always admired the beautiful clothing. I ordered what I thought was a beautiful silk dress. What I received was a black slip! When I asked where the rest of the dress was they customer service person said I had received my order. Be careful, misleading money making operation! Disappointed is the nicest way to put it.
Misleading Advertising
My first purchase was a dress that fitted well and was lovely. However, the above the knee length lining was unsatisfactory as the dress was long and made of a sheer fabric. The short lining meant that the print on the dress could not be fully appreciated. In addition, it made the dress look 'casual and informal' when it could have looked very smart and formal. You cannot tell from the advertising that the lining of the dress will not match the length of the dress. My second purchase was of two dresses matching in style but differing in colour. Again I liked them and the fit was good. However, neither came lined and both can be seen through. That the fabric could be seen through was not mentioned on the website and indeed the advertising indicates that they are not 'see through'. I did not make any complaints about these purchases. I did complain to Buykud regarding my third purchase. I placed what I thought was an order for a dress with a short black slip. (Vest, petticoat). I only received the black slip. Buykud told me I needed to purchase the dress separately. I was perplexed. I checked their website. The dress was being advertised for US $26.10. When you click on it to make the purchase photos of the dress and the slip are shown together. Only the dress is described. Naturally, a person assumes that both are being sold together. Even if you did not assume this you would assume that you were purchasing the dress as that is what is being advertised and that is what is being described. I consider this to be blatant misleading advertising. I provided them with several opportunities to increase my confidence in them. To date they have done nothing but invite me to make further purchases. Consequently, I have asked them to close my account.
What a terrible return/refunding policy!
Up to now I was satisfied with what I ordered... but what now happend is insulting and shows their bad return/refund policy! A dress I ordered was damaged. I emailed them and sent a photo. They offered me $8 refund and asked me to bring the dress to a tailor. In Switzerland no tailor would fix the damage for that amount. Then they offered me $18. Still not enough. I told them that I would prefer to send them the dress back at their cost und that they send me a new one or make a refund. The matter is still pending, but I do not believe that I will get any refund at all after reading all the negative reviews here. I will never order again! 5. December 2017: They offered me to send a replacement dress at no costs, but the dress was out of stock. They offered me to choose another dress for the same price. I did so and the dress arrived a few days ago. That's ok for me now, but the process was long and tiring. And I think it only worked because I was really insisting and my English is good enough to communicate accurately.

Check the items before you order - I ordered a dress that had an under vest. The website did not state that the items were ordered separately and the description on the website described the dress not the vest. They only sent the vest and despite several emails showing the item description which was for the dress and showed pictures of the dress, they insisted it was only for the under vest. A waste of time and bad customer experience - suggest caution before ordering from them. Returning the item for a refund is a nightmare and in the end costs almost as much as the item.
