I’ve been trying to return the suit I bought since sept 16 and still haven’t received my refund of 137 . It is unreasonable to have to return it to a French warehouse as that cost £17 35 postage I love the clothes but can’t risk this hassle again so won’t order from Buykud ever again

I am in love/addicted to the skirts I bought from you. I think I never buy anything from anywhere else! I can be totally comfy anywhere, anytime looking fashionable in my style. What else do I need?! My order arrived somewhat later that expected. I wished I had received an email about that. Also, didn't receive a delivery report email to inform me about arrival time which scared me a bit about whether I could be still able to exchange an item. But I am in the process of exchanging my shoes already which are apparently usually one or two sizes smaller than expected.
The clothes are pretty and fit great.

All in all it was easy and delivery worked well. I am happy with the items I ordered. However it was sent in two batches which wasn't necessary for me. All could have been sent at once even if that meant it will arrive later.

I was a bit worried when I ordered about the ability to return an item. I found the return process to be very simple and it works very well.
1 month wait for garbage
2 stars because the fabric and workmanship were good. Shipping? Horrific. I wrote customer service three times! It took a month to receive my order. Cut and fit? Utterly abysmal. I ordered two different sizes. The smaller should have fit; I couldn't even put it on. The larger was simultaneously too big *and* too small. It was like a comedy prop. The result was a dress whose shoulders were several inches too wide, but the armholes so small that the sleeves could serve as tourniquets. An utter waste of time and money.

I love the styles! Takes a little longer for delivery but usually worth it. I do struggle with the sizes, sometimes XL is too large in some of the styles, and fits perfect in others.
