We had to wait a little while for someone to help us because it was very busy. Sophia was extremely helpful and informative. She made the process easy and relatively quick! We hadn't been to the Roseville location before; there are more cars than at the South Sacramento location. We liked the selection of cars.
It’s a very professional and organized company. Everything goes so smoothly and effortlessly. John was my main sales guy (very sharp and knowledgable), followed by Josh, Morgan and Ashley in Finance, and Amber in service. All very helpful and well-informed. Can’t over praise these people. You couldn’t do better than Carmax! A+++
The staff in Tolleson Arizona were absolutely amazing. We felt welcomed and the entire process went seamlessly! Also Jenny Ramos got us all squared away through the beginning process! Would definitely recommend the carmax out of Tolleson, Suzanne was amazing!!

I received an offer to buy my Civic, online i was offered an amount and when I came in, that amount did not change. My car was paid off and I was showed pics/ststs of every car I qualified for, the remaining amount was applied for the down and I drive away in my newer car. My car was a 2018, I had 120,000. I drove away in a 2023 Mitsubishi 48,000. No cash down, no cosigner. Took a few hours to test drive wash and fill out paperwork. My credit is a wreck and CarMax made the process simple, quick and easy. Will definitely return and recommend!! Tatiana made the process smooth and simple.

For the most part, you are easy to deal with. The financing part is a bit long and takes a while to get to it. Otherwise everything is a well oiled machine.

Low to no pressure from anyone, the selection of clean models of all makes, and quick personable service was a breath if fresh air. We've all delt with the usual. Carmax will be my choice for my next purchase.
Although there were multiple individuals who interacted during the transport and actual point of sale process, the level of communication and overall status of the process never fell through the cracks. I had a genuinely consistent feeling of appreciation for my vehicle purchase. All staff interactions were timely, professional, and properly detailed. I was particularly impressed that any questions posed during the process were properly researched and solid answers were always offered. The staff at the Florence Kentucky location appeared to be very team oriented with positive reflections and pride in their business operation. All in all, the process was transparent, straight forward, and professional. Because this particular purchase was multifaceted involving vehicle selection, shipment, and final sale, I was impressed with the "all hands on deck" mentality of the Florence Kentucky Team.

Fair offer on my trade. Extra effort to clear the title on my trade so I could leave IN MY NEW vehicle the same day. All members of the Team in Omaha made that work. Megan and Mei Li were integral to the process. Love the car. Price was fair. Car is like brand new.

I feel Carmax is great experience. Salesperson very nice. Outside of car was cleaned nice. Inside could have been cleaned better though. Service contract offered just too expensive. If it was 50% less, I may have purchased it. $99 fee to ship car in should be credited back if customer buys car.
