We make sure that all the the cusotmers receive the confirmation email that shows the rental details including the pickup and drop of times, so if there's any issue or mistake, the customer can fix that from the portal or contact us beofre the rental starts to fix that from our side. Dear John, I regret that you feel this way about our service. As per the terms and conditions of your rental: you can make any changes to your booking up to 48 hours before pick-up, with no additional charge, however, live pricing will apply. If you amend your booking less than 48 hours in advance of pick-up, the amount you currently paid will be carried over to your new booking minus a late amendment fee of (specified amount), If you have paid less than (specified amount), no amount will be carried over to your new booking. I am sorry we cannot provide the solution you were hoping for on this occasion, but we must stand by the rental terms and conditions that you agreed to at the time of booking, Best Regards, Kholoud
