The staff was very helpful in helping…

The staff was very helpful in helping me solve a couple of issues. The only problem was distributing anything with a different language (hebrew) to Apple music. Our previous album is featured on Apple music in Hebrew, so it's not impossible. So the only solution was to change all wording, including the album cover (which is strange since it's just the art) to English.

It would be great if CD Baby could…

It would be great if CD Baby could partner with YouTube in the future to offer YouTube for Artists services to independent artists. I believe this would be a very valuable opportunity for artists to better manage, promote, and grow their music on YouTube. I hope you can establish such a partnership in the future. Thank you for listening to artists’ feedback!

AVOID - Horrible Company

AVOID! - Horrible company. I tried 3 times with different accounts to release my music and everytime after going through their process, I was randomly blocked! No email, no nothing. When I contacted them to see what the issue was, I was ignored TWICE. Do you really want to trust someone with your royalties when they ignore people? I recommend going with DistroKid, TuneCore, and Too Lost for music distribution. I went with DistroKid. They have been great. My music is online now. Their communication has been first class with keeping me up to date with everything. DO NOT GO WITH CDBaby!!!

The service advertised worldwide…

The service advertised worldwide distribution, but my release is falling short of that promise. When checking my Spotify link, it only shows availability in my country rather than globally. Furthermore, partner platforms like Anghami and iHeartRadio are either showing dead/missing links or the song is not playing at all. As an independent artist, I expected true worldwide visibility across all listed distribution partners, but the international reach is currently missing.
