Done With Comcast
2 weeks, 16 hrs on the line with agents, 5 times they tell me the issue has been escalated, promises of call backs that never happen, alternate universe cul-de-sac kind of stuff. Whatever you do, do not under any circumstance sign on with Comcast Business Mobile. Lights on but there is nobody home. This all began on 3.14.26 and as of today 5 identical escalation procedures, 5 different agents, same result, nothing. Please stay far far away from Comcast Business Mobile.

The charge me every month for a mobile phone I don't have.
On October last year I went to a Comcast office to find out about mobile service and I decided not to take it. I don't have, I have never had a mobile service with Comcast and they started sending me a bill for a mobile phone service I don't have. Since October I have been calling Comcast every month and they say the problem is fixed but is NEVER FIXED I keep getting the bill.

Unacceptable Customer Service: Our Experience with Comcast Business Account Support
This was, without a doubt, the worst customer service experience I've ever had with a Business Account representative. The agent answered the phone with an incredibly impatient tone and proceeded to operate mechanically throughout the entire call, seemingly without listening to a single word of my problem. What was truly unacceptable was that they abruptly hung up on me before I even finished explaining my issue.
I have never encountered a customer service representative who treats clients in such a disrespectful manner. This incident has left me feeling utterly frustrated and angry. This abysmal service is precisely why we will never consider Comcast again in the future. If you are looking for an internet service provider with non-existent service, arbitrary charges, and a complete lack of responsibility, then by all means, continue to use Comcast.

It’s criminal and should be prosecuted
Our internet got suspended in July of 2025. We returned the equipment and payed the bill in full in December. Now, 3 months after squaring everything up, we received a new bill for August 2025 stating we owe another $140. How can you bill for service that didn’t exist…9 months later. Trying to resolve this on the phone (5 calls-all ending on being hung up on) has lead to several hours of wasted time and yet…no resolution.
EVERYONE KNOWS comcast is a scam. Yet they still keep lying and charging for services never rendered, and are still in business!!! They are a government sanctioned illegal monopoly. I’m not sure if Comcast or our own degenerate, corrupt government is more to blame. Either way, screwing the American people over should be TREASON!!

If there was a negative I would use it would be pathetic!
If there was a negative I would use that! Getting to talk to a person is an actual accomplishment!!! Understanding their accent is another triumph! I have canceled everything except the wireless internet and that is only because of availability in my area. Comcast sucks and I would never recommend it to anyone!!!

Worst internet, worst support of anyone
I have NEVER had such bad customer service as I have with Comcast. When I try to get technical help I can't reach a live person no matter what I do, and the AI agents take you on a loop "testing" and always saying everything is looking great. They ask you to respond to questions by choosing from a list where nothing on the list matches even closely. They don't even know what equipment I have connected. It's absolutely rediculous. And when I try to call an agent to discuss my plan all I get are people from other countries trying to upgrade my plan. If I don't agree they hang up on me, or leave and another agent joins the call and tries to convince me to upgrade. I have been upgraded after NOT agreeing, and then when I tried to dispute it, I get hung up on. I would recommend Comcast to NO ONE. I currently pay for 800 speed internet but it has been running at 30-34 download speed for the past week. Today when I called for "support" the AI (couldn't get a live support person) rebooted my modem and got me up to 118 and said It was fixed. I pay for 800. They won't let me pay for a lower plan because you can't downgrade your plan. SO don't count on ever getting the speed you pay for..I have honestly never seen my speed be highter than in the 100's since I've upgraded to 800. Not once. And there is nobody working there to help you live except sales people who are liars and cons. I switched from Verizon to lower my bill and my bill is way more now than I ever paid and my internet is spotty and slow. They are deceitful and rude and sneaky. Be careful

“Xfinity Mobile Failed to Honor Trade-In Promotion”
I upgraded my iPhone 13 to an iPhone 17 Pro under a $700 trade-in promotion. I followed all instructions, but Xfinity never applied the credits.
I have called and visited multiple times, yet they only open and close tickets, passing the problem from agent to agent. Nothing is resolved.
This is unacceptable. Xfinity Mobile must honor the promotion and fix this now.

Contacted by Executive Office
I received a message from their executive office to discuss.
How is it possible that I get a new internet service and they charge $100 for installation, plus they leave the cable running across the whole yard and I can't even mow the lawn? It's unbelievable how low the overall service level is.

Comcas through Life
Through time I've used Comcast on and off, both prior to and after the rebrand under Xfinity branding. I had my own Comcast account while i was in college in South Florida. There was customer service personnel who were always very pleasant to interact with.
Despite now living with my folks, they've put me on their Comcast account as an allowed party.

Comcast’s sucks
Comcast’s sucks. Now they have AI talking with you and it’s a joke. Very painful to deal with…takes forever and isn’t accurate. Lots of waiting and I just wish there was another place to go instead of this weak organization. Just when you think that cant get any worse, it does.

Comcast’s Branded Vehicle Damaged My Property – Now Their Adjuster Is Playing “Pass the Blame”
A Comcast/Xfinity contractor vehicle displaying both Comcast and Aspen logos leaked oil onto in front of my property, causing permanent staining. Helmsman Management Services (Liberty Mutual’s TPA) confirmed the work was done “on behalf of Comcast” but is now trying to force me to deal solely with the contractor’s insurance.
Under Texas law, Comcast is directly liable via apparent authority. The vehicle bore Comcast’s name—I had no way of knowing it was a subcontractor. Yet Helmsman refuses to provide Comcast’s general liability carrier information or even the contractor’s full name.
This is a clear attempt to delay, frustrate, and underpay a legitimate claim.
I’ve formally demanded the insurance details and copied the Texas Department of Insurance and the BBB. If you’ve faced similar runarounds from Comcast or Liberty Mutual, share your story.

Both TV'S cut in and out with voice. Calling Xfinity is a joke, text you a link, ask countless questions etc. By far the WORST cable company I've ever dealt with, my development is getting rid of them soon YEAH!! Blue Stream is the new system ... praying it's better 🙏

Negligent Support - Account Manager Arvind Cut Call Mid-Conversation - Paying $36,000/Year for Zero Help
ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE AND SUPPORT - DO NOT RECOMMEND
We operate an apartment community and manage 96 modems through Comcast/Xfinity. We pay over $3,000 per month ($36,000+ per year) for this service, and yet the level of support we receive is absolutely unacceptable.
We recently had an issue with 7 modems that required immediate technical support. We reached out to our account manager then through xfinity support bulk account support specalist Arvind, expecting professional assistance given our substantial monthly investment. Instead, what we experienced was nothing short of negligent:
1. Arvind failed to provide any meaningful help or troubleshooting
2. He abruptly CUT THE CALL in the middle of our conversation without explanation or resolution
3. We were left without proper support for critical infrastructure that our residents depend on daily
Despite being a bulk account with significant monthly spending, we were treated dismissively. It appears to be nearly impossible to reach the right person at Comcast/Xfinity who can actually help. The support structure is broken - there's no accountability, no escalation path that works, and no urgency given to commercial customers like ourselves.
This is completely unacceptable for a company receiving $36,000+ annually from our business. We are now actively exploring alternative providers because Comcast's customer service is non-existent for bulk accounts.

Xfinity
Xfinity, you are one horrible company. Having no service, neither phone, no heat, and probably no internet, for someone who’s in a wheelchair, and during the olympics, is quite possibly the lowest a “company” can ever go.
If there was any other reputable non-dish company out there, you better believe I would leave quicker than quick.
For a company that requires a forced “update” every three days, this is beyond any curse word imaginable.
Stop with the fluffy commercials and fix this from the ground on up before you loose even more customers.
