Found the sign and size I was looking for easily. Checkout through Amazon worked great.

I paid through Amazon. I got charged twice. Got an email that the order was cancelled and payment to be refunded. It said to reorder, but I chose to wait and see what happened. Now I get an email telling me that the order is in transit.......a bit confusing, not knowing what to do. I'm glad that I didn't reorder because then I would have two signs. Now, I will wait for the refunded payment to my credit card.

Although I couldn't find what I needed at first, I called the Help Line and the Associate told me what to write in the Search Engine and Bingo what I wanted was a stock item and I didn't have to go the custom sign route.

Frustrating and delayed
It was very challenging to finally complete this purchase. Initially tried to use PayPal and AmExp was notified of purchase. But upon returning from PayPal to your website, nothing happened. After 24 hours, was notified by PayPal that purchase was cancelled. Repeated process after waiting a day. Same thing happened. Waited a few more days and then did not use PayPal but entered my AmExp card number. Site advised my card was declined without explanation. Tried again with a Mastercard and the sale was completed. Apparently they don't accept AmExp and there is a problem with PayPal.

Quick and efficient. Had exactly what I wanted, strange how you can't find a No dog's allowed sign in box stores, but every other sign is there. Odd. Maybe afraid of offending dog owners...

Have used Compliance Signs many of times now for custom signs and even stock signs. Always been a very easy, user friendly website, quick delivery, and great quality.
Frustrating
Finding what I needed was easy. But, the website timed out on me several times while I was checking with others on my team about what to order. And when i went to check out, it asked me to log in again hich wiped out my order and i had to re-enter again. Very frustrating.
