I had a difficult time getting my credit card to go through. Never actually got it, even after calling in and deleting all addresses except one. Still wouldn’t go through. Finally paid through Amazon and it worked. Not ideal but I guess it works.

Hi, Mr. Sweeney, Thank you for submitting your review on Trustpilot and giving us feedback on your experience placing an order through our website. It is disappointing to learn you are unhappy with the time to deliver your order, but unfortunately that process is not under our direct control. The delivery schedule of shipments is governed by the shipping company and the level of service selected. To reduce costs of warehousing our signs and labels, we only produce them when they are ordered, which requires a normal lead time (time to produce the signs) of 2 - 3 business days, as stated on our website. While this does lengthen the time it takes for a customer to receive their order, we are able to pass these costs savings onto our customers in the form of lower prices. In the case of your order, we were able to produce and ship it in just one (1) day, less than half of our standard production time. UPS picked it up from our facility yesterday and has it scheduled to be delivered tomorrow, August 15, 2025. The tracking number for your order is: 1Z83WV540353878328. Our records show that most orders shipped to South Carolina from our Brooksville, Florida facility have taken an average of two (2) business days for delivery. Again, thank you for your valuable feedback and for allowing me the opportunity to explain our production process and timeframes. Please let me know if you have any questions.
