Just tried to order and all options are unprotected and red flags. Says pay by Gpay, PayPal, or I think Venmo was the third option. No business refuse’s legitimate payment methods and none of these are legitimate. Could’ve been Apple Pay still not secure and I no longer trust this site’s scoring of the website.
Beware on ordering custom shirts for VBS! They use a thinner ink to “prevent cracking and peeling in the future” which makes the design very faded looking and doesn’t stand out on the shirts. Very disappointed in the quality for a custom printed shirt.
Their website showed “in stock” for a Bible curriculum. I purchased several. A week went by with no communication. I called Concordia, and they let me know that they canceled my order, but did not communicate with me or refund my money until I actually called. The item still shows in stock on their site, despite not being able to fulfill the order. Very irresponsible way to handle business. First and last time using them. Beware.
Pleased with the service and how you care to have the order correct and delivered on time.
It was very all materials
Love the banners! And everything else was good. A great experience overall.
products arrived quicker than we expected!
The props add quality and value to our VBS. The kids and adults are very stimulated by our sets. As a result, our staff and volunteers are spared MANY hours of prep work. The designs of the sets appear professional and have the "wow" factor. As a result, the kids return every year. Some have even asked to attend an extra week.
Great prices and awesome that Shipping is free if you buy over 50. I will be buying more! Recommended
Easy to reach a customer service representative The order ships quickly I can pay in 30 days
The only issue I have is the length of backorder for the Truevine Cups. I know this is a new product.
Very easy to order and everything was shipped super fast!
very timly in gettin vbs mission book
Easy shopping and choosing what I needed!
Quick turnaround and informative about shipment
I love the program and helpfulness if staff. Our vbs is in July. For two years now you run out of tshirts by the first of June. We don’t even know how many kids we will have by then. This is a real negative.
I understand that the order for fellowship cup prefilled communion cups was backordered but it was shipped on the day expected.
