I'm being asked to give a review for 30 days of free warranty despite never having filed a claim with this company or used them. I find that scammy and misleading to potential customers. Trustpilot explicitly says they don't do this. Complete lies.

The company sent me an email after the product has shipped. Even better, after the product was delivered, they sent an email reminding me to fill register it for warranty purposes. The email included a link and only took 3 minutes to fill out. I appreciate this and makes the company very professional in my opinion. They stray away from hoping that you don't register the product so that purchasers can't file warranty claims, which is very welcoming.

Worst experience I have ever had
Worst experience I have ever had. They don't cover my warrantee issues. "They" claim that I have wear and tear, I am looking at the issue and that's clearly not the case at all!!! Worst company I have ever dealt with, they don't cover anything. They will find any reason to get out of it and we'll, there's not a thing the customer can do about it! Their customer service when you call or try to get anywhere is obscured!!!! 10/10 would NEVER RECOMMEND!!!!
