Great experience - no pressure

We purchased an LG refrigerator with a dented handle - as a scratch and dent model. No nonsense or high-pressure sales. A pleasure to work with and will recommend them to others. They delivered and installed in a reasonable amount of time.

Rep was above what I expected for service…

Matt was amazing at helping me navigate confusion & questions I had & promptly answered at his earliest convenience. I would highly recommend WellBots any day of the week. I am very pleased & grateful with the DJI Matrice 4T I received from them. The warranty is worth it & at a way better price than most big retailers offer as well. Horrible service! Don’t buy it!

I have had an open warranty claim with this company since June 4, and after more than a month, my claim still has not been resolved. My refrigerator originally cost approximately $2,000, yet the only resolution they continue to offer is $531, which is nowhere near enough to repair or replace it with a comparable unit. What has been most frustrating is that they repeatedly send the exact same offer while ignoring the questions and concerns I have raised in multiple emails. I have been without the use of my refrigerator throughout this process and have had to purchase a temporary replacement out of my own pocket. I expected this warranty to provide real protection when I needed it most, but my experience has been extremely disappointing due to the lack of communication and meaningful resolution. I had renew my warranty multiple times and on top of the cost they charged me a deductible to have it repair. The amount of their settlement doesn’t even cover what I have paid them.
