This is our fourth order with Crystal Central! Our church has been ordering from them for a very long time. Their products and shipping is absolutely stellar! This order was fantastic. We placed an order and realized later that we made a mistake on the name that was to be engraved on the crystal award. So, at a discount, Crystal Central allowed us to reorder with the correct wording and expedited the shipping to be delivered on time before presenting the award at our church. OUTSTANDING service Crystal Central!!! God Bless You All!!!

Website was easy to navagate through and find what I was looking for. A proof was provided before actually printing was done. Item was delivered earlier than expected. The only issue was that some of the wording was not fully printed meaning a "l" was only halfway printed and it looked like a "i".
