First shipment. Item was not at all perfect. Red etching was imperfect. Called they sent an immediate replacement after I sent pictures. Great. Came within days. Second one came and they never cleaned the item after the etching and paint was put on. Needed to be cleaned. Not happy but was better after I cleaned which I feel they should have done before they sent out. They should inspect their work and quality.
I was surprised when I saw that it was coming from Shanghai, China. But, I ordered it on a Friday, and thought it was coming the following Friday, however, the confirmation email said it was coming on Thursday and it arrived on Tuesday before The engraving was perfection. I recently purchased a crystal award for my supervisor, and it exceeded every expectation. The craftsmanship is exceptional — clear, elegant, and beautifully detailed. The engraving was crisp and perfectly done, giving the award a polished, high‑quality finish. The delivery experience was outstanding as well. The award arrived a full day earlier than the estimated delivery date, which was a pleasant surprise and incredibly helpful for our recognition event. The packaging was excellent — secure, well‑padded, and thoughtfully arranged to prevent any damage. It arrived in perfect condition and looked impressive right out of the box. My supervisor was genuinely impressed, and it made the moment truly special. The award has a great weight to it and looks stunning on display. I highly recommend this crystal award to anyone looking for a meaningful, professional, and beautifully crafted gift. Five stars without hesitation!
