Damac properties , Worst company to invest money, they are cheating us. Never paid out money agreed percentage , very delay , hidden charges and deduct all money with out any reason. No explanation. Biggest scam in Dubai, I have to proceed legally. All foreigners being scammed and using their money to build Dubai but not returning money.

I take handover to a lot of projects due to my work and this Damac experience was one of the best. I took handover for J404 coata bravo with the help of Ms. Oxana from Damac handover team. She was very knowledgeable about the whole process and answered every question professionally. She was very kind and welcoming I honestly felt that I'm taking handover of mansion not only townhouse. Extremely disappointing experience with DAMAC. Even after completing all required payments, the handover team failed to provide the unit keys, the Title Deed, and other essential documents on time. We were also required to pay the service charges before the Title Deed would be released. The communication and coordination from the handover department, particularly Mike, Ghena, and Lilia, were very poor, with constant delays and a lack of accountability. This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I have encountered, 7 months since payment done and we still didn't have title deed or key. we do with Binghatti in 2 days this all process.

Damac is the worst company to buy a property from. i bought one in Dubai and it was a terrible experience. they lied and cheated us. i got so sick and tired of their lies and grossly overcharged monthly service fees and the fact that they forced us to sign a second contract from a serviced apartment to a hotel apartment at last minute or not be given the handover (Blackmail threats) and use Damac to manage the rentals for 5 years none of which is what we agreed to purchase or do upfront i decided to get rid of it. However due to Damacs bad reputation the best offer i could get was 950k dirhams 650k less than what i paid for it which was 1.60 million dirhams. Yes i lost 650k dirhams after waiting 4 years for it to be completed (2 years behind schedule) anyone here think that was a great deal? NO thanks buyers beware stay away from Damac. If all this is not bad enough the next buyers were forced to let Damac start the 5 year management clock all over again what a nightmare experience it was!

Hi I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the level of service and support I have received from DAMAC in relation to this matter. Despite multiple visits by your maintenance team, the issue remains completely unresolved. Water continues to leak (refer to the attached videos) from the kitchen ceiling, demonstrating that the previous interventions were ineffective and that the root cause has not been properly identified or rectified. This repeated failure is completely unacceptable. I require immediate action to permanently resolve this issue. In addition the full darkness we are leveling in is totally unacceptable the street lights back and front are not working also garden lights are totally damaged many requests have been raised since 3 weeks and no action have been taken such security and safety issue cant be left without immediate action but with DAMAC you can expect more than that. Furthermore, I request an urgent phone call from DAMAC Management today to explain why this matter has been allowed to continue despite my repeated complaints and the numerous unsuccessful maintenance visits. Please be advised that DAMAC will be held fully responsible for any direct or consequential damage resulting from this ongoing water leakage, including, but not limited to, damage to my kitchen appliances, cabinetry, finishes, electrical components, and any other property affected by this defect. I reserve all my rights in this regard. It is extremely disappointing that this property is brand new and has only been occupied for approximately three weeks, yet I have already experienced an unacceptable number of defects and recurring complaints across multiple disciplines, including civil, plumbing, mechanical, and electrical works. This level of quality falls far below what any homeowner would reasonably expect from a newly handed-over property. I expect this matter to receive the highest level of attention, with a permanent resolution implemented without any further delay. I also expect a clear explanation of the corrective actions being taken and a firm timeline for completion. Failure to resolve this matter promptly will leave me with no option but to escalate it further to the appropriate authorities and pursue all available remedies. I await your immediate response. For your reference, I have attached evidence of the numerous issues and complaints I have experienced during the past three weeks since taking possession of this brand-new property. These records clearly demonstrate the extent of the problems, the repeated unsuccessful maintenance visits, and the continuous disruption caused by DAMAC's failure to provide a permanent solution. Finally, I want to make my position absolutely clear: I do not require another generic response stating that "the matter has been escalated," "the team is following up," or "the issue will be resolved." I have received these responses repeatedly, yet the problems remain unresolved. What I require is immediate contact from a responsible DAMAC senior manager who has the authority to make decisions and ensure these issues are resolved without any further delay. I expect prompt action, a clear resolution plan, and firm commitments—not further promises or standard template responses. Refere to my email for full documents.

Please never ever engage with this company. They will turn your life to hell and charge money for that. I m suffering 1 month because if them, to that extent that i m having anxiety and panic attacks. They are drilling in my building all around my apartment for a month every day all day long and to cancel my lease they charge me money.
I just received the keys today for my unit in Santorini E150, Lama was so so professional and very helpful she made it a special moment and i was very happy with the unit and her accuracy.
