**Dazzling Cleaning - A Total Scam!** I had the worst experience with Dazzling Cleaning. I used their membership just once, and the outcome was awful. The cleaning was rushed and incomplete, with visible dust and dirt still everywhere. To make matters worse, I had to pay to cancel the membership that I hadn’t even used properly. When I reached out to customer service to complain, they were completely unhelpful and dismissive. It honestly feels like they just took my money and provided no real service in return. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this scam!

Between false charges on your card, sneaky language to try to sign you up for long term services after a 1 time purchase, them spamming your phone every few weeks from a new number to get you to pay more, and them doing a pretty bad job at actually cleaning, I'd probably rather light my money on fire than sign up for the service.

I purchased an initial voucher not realizing that meant I was locked into a 6 month contract. After 6 months I called to cancel the membership. Now I’m realizing they never canceled it and I’ve been paying for this for over a year! (It’s on a credit card) Not only do they make it difficult to contact them but they refuse to work with me. I understand the 6 month commitment but feel that they purposely did not cancel my membership when asked. It looks like bogus appointments were made and canceled every month. Emails were going to my spam. Thank God I reviewed my cc statements more thoroughly. I’m sick that I ended up paying $900+ on what ended up being one cleaning session. Stay away
SCAM ALERT
NO SHOW - SCAM I booked for the first time with them 2 weeks in advance. I paid for a membership with recurring cleaning every 2 weeks. The cleaner was supposed to come at 11am, then postponed to 12pm and then canceled the appointment. No customer service to assist me, I'm waiting for a refund and cancellation Save time and money, do not book with this company.

Scammed me for $500+ dollars over the a year without me agreeing ever to start a membership. I used their service once and there were hidden settings that continue to charge me for $50 a month while I HAVE NEVER USED their service again. When I bring the issue up to the customer service they are not even offering to refund a single charge, not even the most recent one which is hours old.

This company is a legit scam - Hoemaglow & Dazzling Clean is from the same company. They reel you in with a cheap clean then they take your credit card info and lock you in for 6 months. If you want to cancel then there is a fee of $350. I had to go in circles to cancel this without getting charged $350. No representative to talk to, and they make it very difficult for you to cancel. You also have to read fine lines bc they will take your info and sell it. Insane! This company needs to be reported! It wasn’t that great of a clean anyways!

What a waste
What a waste! On Sept 2, I requested cleaning of my house. The cost was over $300. $37 per hour non-disclosed ‘platform fee’. Cleaner was hours late, high on something, rude, only touched one small room. Angrily stormed out. Left trash on my front porch. There was NO recourse, no number to call. Nothing. To try to make me happy, Dazzling clean is offering to allow me to pay another $50 and they’ll give me $25 off. Hmmm. They want me to, in essence, give them another $25. The cleaner was from Simla Colorado. Dazzling Clean is a scammer, and it appears as if their target are seniors. Avoid!!!! Ask a friend for a referral, and avoid this outfit.

This company is a scam. They had no cleaners in my area for months then contacted me to use the certificate that I purchased when a cleaner signed up on my market. The service was horrible, the cleaner took 4+ hours to clean what typically takes 1.5 hours (airbnb). I have been charged monthly after asking for a cancellation and $144 for cancelling. I am filing a complaint with the Florida Attorney General for consumer fraud.

Had to pay in a advance even she pay when job completed. This was not the case There is no refund for non completed work which infuriated me.What they did do was wonderful.
