Horrible customer service. Even with advanced notice and scheduling, they were unable to find a cleaner in Corpus Christi. They finally scheduled Brittany Garcia to come and clean. SHE WAS A NO SHOW, NO CALL, OR CANCEL for the appointment. The worst part is there is no way to contact this poor excuse of a scheduling platform. Save yourself the trouble; use another company!
Before you try them, please check out BBB. They have a "F" rating. Wish I had researched more. My cleaner cancelled on Friday, rescheduled for Monday and then no-showed with no call or text. The company has not responded to my numerous texts (they have no phone number- should have been my first clue). There is absolutely zero responsibility taken when they screw up and in looking at BBB, they don't care about negative reviews. They have not responded to any of the complaints lodged. I could write volumes about the difficulties this has caused but I won't whine anymore. Update: After no showing, they are still insistent on charging me a monthly $49 fee. These people do not practice ethical business practices.
They are a SCAM. Do not go anywhere near them! They will take 4+ months to even get anyone out to do the job, then charge you an exorbitant amount for the privilege of canceling your service, or you can just let them charge you a hefty chunk for doing nothing every few months. You can't close your account, you can't remove your payment method, and there is NO MEANS OF CONTACTING THEM AT ALL. NO PHONE NUMBER, NO EMAIL, NO PORTAL, NOTHING. They are a pure scam and you will literally have to cancel whatever card you gave them to get your "free cleaning" in order to get them to stop taking your money forever.
This service advertised was not disclosed that you would be paying $49 monthly in addition to the expenses of the cleaning. This was falsely advertised and if I would’ve canceled prior to my 6 months of the $49/month term I would’ve been charged and undisclosed amount. Very disappointing platform. The independent contracted cleaners were great, but I would NEVER RECOMMEND USING DAZZLING CLEANING TO ANYONE. I want to post my experience anywhere and everywhere to save someone else from falling victim to this sham of a company!! I would also like to add that when I changed my card information, they somehow took money from my debit card. Buyer beware for sure!!
Beware: SCAM Dazzling Cleaning promoted a coupon for a 1-time cleaning, then added an unrequested membership and a cancelation fee for it. Their argument was that I should have read the fine print, which was not clear at the time of our agreement.
Don’t ever ever share your credit card details with them because to get rid of this scam the only option will be to disable your credit card completely and get a new one. All hidden rules and policy which you will keep getting surprise when month passes, so far I have just one service on Oct 2023 which was so called free service for name sake and they already deducted almost 200 dollar till Feb 2024 , I disputed transaction but after a gap of few months they again started charging from this month. After finishing this review I am going to call my bank to disable my credit card and get a new one, seems like that’s the only option left for me. Be aware of this fraud company before you opt for .Good luck !! I have no option to choose 0 star hence i chose 1 star
I signed up for Dazzling Cleaning to have my home cleaned at minimum once/month starting in March 2024. After my initial cleaning on 3/21 I put in a request for 4/18. The request sat open for weeks, with no communication until 4/14 that said if I was flexible for another day they would find a cleaner. I put in alternate days & a cleaner accepted my appointment for 4/20 at 8:30a only to say they were unavailable. A second cleaner then accepted the same 4/20 appointment. On 4/20, the cleaner canceled the appointment an hour after they should’ve arrived. I am paying a membership for this service at $49/month so I attempted to reschedule, again & requested an appointment for 4/23 at 1p. The exact same scenario happened. A cleaner accepted it then became “unavailable” & the second cleaner that confirmed cancelled after already being late. I am paying monthly for a service I am not receiving. I have requested for my service to be canceled as my house is not being cleaned & requests are sitting open for weeks & the company wants me to pay $150+ to cancel, which is still paying for service I’m not receiving. They believe offering me a one time $20 off (even though I’m paying more) is sufficient enough. They have also skipped my next two appointments, without my consent or asking if I wanted to, in May & June but are still expecting me to pay the membership fees.
This service is owned by Homeglow and they are total scam artists. There is an entire Facebook page on how many people they have scammed as well as a class action lawsuit in CA. They get you with a discount coupon and once you purchase the deal you have officially locked yourself into a 6 month membership (with no indication! But it is on their website) and they charge your card automatically each month whether you use the service or not. YOU cannot cancel without paying for the entire 6 months. Good luck getting a cleaner that actually will show up and not cancel your appt 5 mins after your appointment should have started!
Scam company. They charge you double and triple for what is advertised. I ended up paying about $250 for 3 hours of cleaning!!!!
BEWARE!!!!! This company has an F rating with the BBB! Terrible cleaners!! The first cleaner didn't bring a mop or broom or vacuum. Cleaned the floors with a rag and her foot. Didn't even clean the bathroom and it is only a 650 sq foot condo. They charge you $49 a month and you have to stay with them for 6 months. That's in addition to the $80 the cleaner charges for 3 hours. The next cleaner didn't even dust and billed me for 3 hours two months in a row and only stayed for 1 1/2 hours. This company is a JOKE. It is cheaper and better quality to just pay a reputable cleaner $30 or $40 an hour and know the job will be done right.
This has been the worst experience i've ever had with a company. Not only are fees extremely high, they force you to take a 6 month contract that you can't get out of despite bad service, cleaners don't show up, etc... i could go on forever. The icing on the cake is since i couldn't cancel this expensive membership, i decided i would at least change my billing information. Didn't matter because they still charge my old card and its creating a whole list of other issues for me on top of this. No phone number to call either so just have to waste time emailing and waiting around for responses.
I set up a 1x clean as a surprise for my sister last year. This entire year has been a nightmare. They locked her into 6 month contract, you can’t contact anyone, cleaners don't show up and you have to pay anyway. 1 time cleaner had an emergency and asked my sister to cancel, Julie said "you, the cleaner have to cancel or reschedule otherwise I have to pay". The cleaner impute that my sister canceled and charged her anyway. They will not accept phone calls to clear up problems. And the don't respond to emails. This month they charged my cc for a service that neither my sister or I scheduled or used. I finally have to get fraud involved and change my cc. They are crooks! Horrible business practices! STAY AWAY AND KEEP YOUR SANITY!
This company is a sham. I cancelled the membership on March 12 but had one more cleaning scheduled in March I that was covered. Then I got an email that I had a cleaning coming up in April 4. I checked and my membership fee had come out of my account on Mar 5. So I assumed the April 4 cleaning was still part of the membership. I was moving out of state so I adjusted the cleaning to be a move out cleaning and requested 7 hrs. I was then charged a service fee of $30/hour because my membership was only valid through April 3. I wasn’t aware that cancellation of the membership doesn’t automatically cancel the recurring service. Maybe customer service could have mentioned/explained that when they followed up with me about the cancellation. When I reached out after the cleaning to explain the situation, I asked if they could be reasonable and meet me halfway on refunding the service fee. $520 and $210 of it was service fees! They gave me a credit on the account that was closed but refused to refund my credit card even though I explained I would be living in an area that their service wasn’t available. On top of that the cleaner was at my home for less than 3 hours. She said she brought help so she could complete the work faster, but she hadn’t cleaned the bathrooms at all or any of the extra things I requested. Overall I think their customer service is unreasonable and many of the cleaners (at least in the LA area) are abysmal. I tried 6 different cleaners in 10 months. They were all so terrible (except for 1) that didn’t even schedule cleanings for 3 of the months. I wouldn’t recommend this service to anyone.
This is a complete scam. They trick you into thinking you’re getting a $19 initial cleaning, when in reality they apparently have buried in the fine print they are signing up for a $49 a month “membership.“ The Attorney General and FTC need to shut this company down. Do not give this company your credit card information. Even when you tell the representatives that call you following the initial cleaning, you do not want any more cleanings, they continue to bill you at the $49 per month. Horrible horrible company.

Dazzling clean is a scam. They lock you into 6 months and pair you with cleaners that may or may not show up. If you as the customer cancel after 24 hours you will be charged, but if the cleaner cancels on the same day without notice nothing happens. They apologized for the cancellation and said they would book me a priority clean, but failed to tell me that they were going to charge me an extra $60 to book mine as “priority.” The cleaners are real hard working people but the company is a scam. You can’t get a hold of customer service and if you agree to involve Dazzling clean - you have to agree to whatever decision they reach.
Horrible customer service. Cleaners cancel same date and time they are scheduled. No shows. Leaves early. Brings kids. Ridiculous. Don’t make the same mistake I did. Below when asks dates for your review, it gives you only one date to make, mine was the whole 6 months
Wish I could give this place a rating of 0! I bought the $19 voucher and still have yet to be serviced or cleaned bc every single cleaner no showed and no communication. They have no support / customer service representative or contact. My cleaning has been rescheduled multiple times which is an inconvenience as I would get the boys and house to be ready for a cleaner to come over and again no show, they don’t have an option to cancel your membership and the site sucks and doesn’t even load.
So they say $19 for your first clean. What they don't tell you is that they automatically sign you up for a membership that costs $50 per month, you're still charged the cost of the cleaning, plus taxes, AND if you don't want the membership, they charge you $160 for the cleaning. The cleaner did good but NOT $160 good. This is a scam. STAY AWAY! Try another company that doesn't have a user agreement that auto signs you up for a 6 month membership.
