My strap came slightly damaged in the mail. Delugs support was very easy to deal with in getting a replacement strap quickly and without much work on my end. I have not had much experience with shipping damage in general, but the experience with Delugs to swap out the damaged strap was top-notch. New strap looks amazing as well!

First of all, it is not a luggage and bag store but an e-store for mainly watch straps and bands and not replacement bracelets. Their customer service is thus far good as they really do know their stuff and I have purchased a product from them which is also a high quality product, however, pricing wise, they are indeed more on the higher side.

I ordered the wrong size strap for my Cartier santos. Emailed them and had almost instant reply telling me exactly what to do and which size to order. Very friendly and helpful, the strap which arrived was amazing quality and I can’t wait for the right size to arrive.

Look — I bought my first straps from Delugs back in 2020. It’s now 2026, and they’re still holding strong, still look great. And I’m not the guy who babies anything — I wear my watches, I use them, I live in them. If I’m doing something, the watch stays on. Same for the strap. Fast forward to now — I just picked up three more. Honestly, I don’t even know why I waited this long. In between, I went down the rabbit hole — bought straps from all over, different brands, different sites… and let’s be real: most of them are garbage. First time visit Delug at Raffles Hotel. Shawn approached and find out what I need. He’s helpful and professional. As the strap I prefer do not have in the length suitable for me, he propose an order option. I also pick up another strap color for changing around. He place the watch with the strap and advise which one is more suitable. He also help me to fix the strap onto my watch which allows me to wear straight away. Will recommend Delug to my friends.
