Honestly, I have been using DHgate for a couple of years now and have placed a good amount of orders, and I can say that out of the endless amount of orders that I have placed with them only one or two have been duds to where I had to get in contact with customer service to resolve an issue and their customer service is impeccable and they will ratify any issue that you may encounter, they promptly returned my money for incomplete orders with no hesitation, I would absolutely recommend DHgate to anyone and can vouch that their platform is extremely user-friendly for customers looking to make their first purchase internationally.

Everything works easy and smooth. I first thought it’s a sketchy app but in only had good experiences after about 10 orders :)
My items did arrive, and they arrived a week before the ETA which is very good considering the price, but a jacket I purchased ran small which is my fault for not doing the research BUT, i did receive my items and they are very well detailed. Will be coming back to purchase more.
