Still utterly useless. I'm amazed how many great reviews have suddenly popped up on here. Clearly none of you have had any problems with your devices, or you are fake reviewers. Almost two months since my last review, I still have no clue where my phone is. I mean, I sent it to Poland Nov 2020, so I know it is there. I was told my issue has been made a priority, at the beginning of January. It's now half way through February, so six weeks for absolutely nothing to happen. I've emailed recently, asking what is going on and now it seems as though I am just being totally ignored. Meanwhile, my second replacement DooGee phone is STILL broken (camera does not focus) and I cannot send that for repair until they give me back my first phone!!!!! Did I mention that in my last review actually? I was told that the camera issue was known and that all I had to do was wait for the next phone update. That was a lie. It's not a known fault, my camera is broken and has to be repaired. So my thanks to whomever had me checking for updates for weeks on end for absolutely no reason whatsoever! Unbelievably rude and dishonest. Perhaps the plan is to drag this out for so long that my second phone is no longer under warranty, so that in the end I've paid for two phones and ended up with one broken one and had one 'stolen' by the company who sold it to me? I'm just waiting for the email telling me that they sent back the phone and it is now lost... and ultimately it is someone else's fault and my loss. In two days, this will have been going on for FOUR months.

I ordered the S96 Pro during their Black Friday deal mid November 2020; due to production delays it was not posted out until around Christmas, the phone finally cleared customs before the new year and I received my phone early to mid Jan. Tbh, I would much prefer a smaller phone as I have trouble holding it in one hand (at roughly 300g it is heavy!), but the phone is decent, fast, and since I hardly use it for anything other than chatting and the occasional sms or sufing, the 6350mAh battery lasts me about a week on a single charge, and that's really all I care about.

I bought a Doogee S96 phone. And I believe it’s an excellent value for the money. If it’s representative of their other products, they are a great company. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because it’s hard getting a quick response. And I’m not able to contact a live person. But they do offer great phones at a great price considering all the features they have
