What reviewers say

AI generated

Most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Many consumers frequently complained about poor build quality and persistent hardware failures, noting that screens, cameras, or charging ports broke shortly after purchase. People also encountered unhelpful customer service teams and entirely unresponsive warranty support when attempting to resolve these frustrating problems. Though some customers mentioned positive experiences, such as receiving prompt replacements from support, enjoying reliable battery life, or appreciating solid device construction, these instances were less common overall. Buyers also pointed out that certain budget models provided functional features and decent network download speeds for everyday use despite the general drawbacks.

Excellent rugged smart phone that has…

Excellent rugged smart phone that has ever built! With a battery capacity of 8000 mah, it will last you a whole day without charging it Or a week. Very good for outdoor activities such as climbing mountains, biking, swimming or even in camping.

Doogee is an amazing and sophisticated company which differs to other companies, doogee aims for best customer needs and affordable prices not to compete with other companies.

Bought a Doogee X30 - Wish I Had Not!

Bought a Doogee X30 - Screen is really too big and easily dropped and cracked as it is not Gorilla glass or toughened against breakage. Also a common fault on Doogee phones : once the battery drains fully it can stop charging and can then make the phone look like it is faulty but if you charge the battery externally with a separate charger i have found it fixes the issue! Dropped mine once and even with a tough rubber cover the screen digitizer was damaged so not very rugged and once you have added a good few apps its slow and buggy as hell - Ok for the average user with one or two apps on it but not for us techies with 30 or 40 apps - I prefer my old Nokia 435 it has lasted ten years longer than this one and is faster and and more reliable and doesnt suck the battery like these things do!

Unbelieveable

Thirteen weeks, five days and counting. After spending the last five weeks emailing and getting zero replies (which is clearly a common issue for anyone trying to get things repaired, based on other comments), I decided to try the alleged whatsapp number attached to the emails I had received in January. Unsurprisingly, it isn't a whatsapp number. It does not transfer into my whatsapp contacts. So instead I ended up spending £3.25 in international text messages. I actually got a reply!!! Turns out my phone is repaired, but it isn't being sent because apparently BREXIT has made it too expensive. Apparently it is going to take a week for someone to 'figure that out'. Not entirely sure how it takes a week to figure out postal services, but at least someone finally said something! I will be interested to see if the postal price has changed when I finally get around to sending them my second faulty phone! I guess I will look forward to getting that second phone back some time next year, maybe... Seriously, this is the worst customer service I've ever experienced and I frequently buy internationally, from China and elsewhere. Yes, there's COVID and yes there is BREXIT but neither of those things excuses ignoring simple email questions for months on end. If you have no news, you could literally spend 10 seconds typing, "Sorry, there's no news right now, I will be in touch soon"... 10 seconds vs my five WEEKS of pulling my hair out with this constantly on my mind because my current phone is also faulty, reminding me on a daily basis that there's a problem that I cannot resolve! It's extremely annoying...

Had a faulty phone and missing parts…no customer service

Had a faulty phone and missing parts since July now , sent loads of emails not replying . They did send a part to try and fix myself with no accompanying letter or instructions , and still not replying to my email .

It is understood that you have received the accessories we sent. The missing modules you mentioned are actually part of the purchase options in the form of gift packages, but the options you purchased do not include them. Please continue to communicate with our technical staff via email to let us know what your problem is now.

They got a lot of good stuff

They got a lot of good stuff, cheaper S96pro is basically a steal as it features now ultra rare IR camera. Better yet, it's not disabled and presented as a shame of oneplus, having also just 5mp. It's 20mp and it's presented as it should be - loudly and proudly.
