Made a deposit with cashier draft from another credit union In process changing my banking business. Was told by Katherine I could not write any checks and use debit card for 9 days. I almost pulled out of Dugood because of this. Not very happy with this policy to wait 9 days!

The person that did my loan was great! Her name escapes me at the moment, but she did ask fantastic job from beginning to end walking me through the whole process. I had a very good experience and will definitely be a DuGood customer for a long time!!
