Filled out a loan for refinancing, and the team at Dugood reached out the next day. They had a couple questions, were very thorough and had some numbers for review within hours. Closed on the loan that very same day. Funds were available that day and my payoff check was in the mail. Thank you to all of Dugood for the excellent service.

I arrived almost at closing time , and the young lady that helped me with my new account was very nice, and didn't mind staying late to complete the process, she didn't rush explaining everything to me nor did she look at her watch as I was reading through the paperwork she experienced excellent customer service

I applied for a car loan by phone. The entire process to get pre approved for the loan took less than an hour. Once I picked out my car, the funds transfer took less than 10 minutes. I can’t express how easy and painless the whole process was. I am extremely pleased!
