Lisa Parrott and the EF Tours program were absolutely excellent. From the very beginning, communication with Lisa was open, clear, and consistent. She was always available to answer questions and made the entire process easy to understand.
The trip itself was extremely well organized, and it was clear that every detail had been thoughtfully planned. As a parent, I was naturally a little nervous about sending my boys abroad with people I didn't know. However, meeting the other parents and working with Lisa quickly put my mind at ease. They made me feel comfortable and confident that my kids were in great hands.
My boys had an amazing experience, and I couldn't be happier with how everything was handled. I highly recommend EF Tours to any parent considering an educational travel experience for their child.
It was a great experience and the best part of it was traveling with a Tour Director that takes care of you, is proffesional and knows everything about the experience. We felt welcomed and it made us love the experience even more. Thank you!

EF Tours had everything planned out. The Tour Director was a local from Lisboa, and was exceptionally well organized, informative, entertaining, and exuberant. She showcased her wonderful country. The tours were interesting, the pastries were delicious, and the free time allowed the 12-14 year olds safe independence to explore a foreign culture.
I can not speak highly enough of the process to make this trip happen.
I am so on the verge of 5 stars. We enjoyed Ireland and all it had to offer! The hotels were amazing, the food was fabulous, the daily activities were outstanding. There were only a few hiccups at the start that worked their way out by day three. The rest of the tour was life changing!!!
We had a fabulous Tour Director, Vlad. He made sure every step of the way was planned and curated for our group. He was able to take care of any issues that arose and handle them without so much as a hesitation.
I signed up my daughter for this program and I was very nervous in the beginning since it was my daughter’s first time traveling abroad. The instructor and tour guide made the whole experience worth it they made a very big impact on my daughter’s life. The instructor she went with had great communications with parents that made my mind at ease. Tour guide was awesome with some much great historical information and also including the group to interact was awesome. Will travel again soon.

One of the greatest highlights of our trip was our incredible Tour Director, Claudia. She was simply outstanding. Her warmth, professionalism, positivity, and genuine care for our group made an extraordinary difference every single day. Claudia anticipated every need before it even arose, handled every detail with remarkable efficiency, and ensured that everything ran seamlessly. Her passion for what she does was evident in every interaction, and she created an environment where both students and teachers felt supported, valued, and completely free to immerse themselves in each destination. She didn't just guide our tour—she elevated the entire experience.
The organization throughout the trip was impeccable. Every hotel, meal, excursion, and cultural experience was thoughtfully planned, allowing us to maximize our time while experiencing each destination in an authentic and meaningful way. Our 11 day tour of Ireland was fantastic. Our tour director, Jayne, went out of her way to make it the best trip possible. Our bus driver, Darin, was so personable and fun to talk to. Our hotels were so nice. 3 of them even had pools, which the students loved. We were pared with another group from Texas and the two groups melded together wonderfully. Our trip included plenty of exploration of each location we visited. It also included 2 local guides who were fantastic. Shane and Jerry knew so much local history and interesting information that really kept our students attention.
We really enjoyed this opportunity to travel to see London & Paris. The process of making payments toward the trip and having help getting everything together to travel was really well done. Everything was taken care of. Our tour guide who was with us throughout the trip was AMAZING and graciously answered my numerous questions. I just wish I had understood the nature of the trip a little better. A list of locations on any given day may mean simply riding by the locations on a bus. Now this is often with an amazing local guide providing wonderful information, but it is simply driving by. Time that is allotted to a location may be much shorter than is necessary to view that location. There was also more "free/shopping time" and less allocated to actually seeing the sites than would have been my preference. I wish I had known in advance just how fast paced it would be. That being said, there were also some amazing, unique opportunities that we wouldn't have had otherwise like creating our own fragrance or participating in a French cooking class. Overall it was a wonderful and exhausting experience and I was grateful to be able to share it with my son.
Our daughter had the trip of a lifetime! Everything was carefully planned out, she felt like she got to see and do so many things, and her tour director, Monica Muñoz was amazing! She came home with so many stories and experiences she will never forget!
My daughter had a great time and would do it again. I would hesitate to sign her up again. You go into knowing that they are trying to find the bargain pricing on airfare. 3 legs to Europe going from central Texas to the west, north and then eastbound was not great. The return flight was booked with an hour turn time--when I saw it, I really hoped they wouldn't misconnect, but they did after getting up at 2am that morning. Then sitting in the airport for 6 hours while EF figured everything out. And then they couldn't get from the airport to the hotel. It took another 2 hours. The teacher did her best, but she did not have the training to deal with the irregular operations. I can't imagine she will ever do this again! That said, my daughter had a great experience, so I'm thankful for that.
