Spent a few hours with Pavel getting helped fixing my website which required alot of coding. He did everything perfectly. Elegant Themes have the best customer service. Whenever I hit a roadblock, I just screenshot it, allow them access and they fix it like ninjas!! Every time.
I am in Australia so there is always a delay, but it doesn't matter when the results are so good.

Best decision ever
At first, I was a bit surprised to see an AI chatbot offering several possible solutions. I tested all of them, but unfortunately none solved the issue. When I asked to speak with a real person, a support agent joined the conversation within just a few minutes.
I explained my problem, and they quickly identified the cause and fixed it for me. The support was fast, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful.
I’m extremely happy that I chose the lifetime subscription at Elegant Themes — honestly, one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. 😊

Super fast, helpful response

I was stuck on a Sunday evening with a number of CSS issues. I contacted Divi support via chat and Alexandra stepped in within a short time and was able to solve all of the issues. She reviewed the CSS code and made all the recommendations to correct the issues. Absolutely, fantastic support!

Elegant Themes Helped me Again
I had an issue with two of my menus. I got so frustrated with one menu that I deleted it. My second menu that had problems was one I had for two months. I made some changes to it, and after the changes, two of the menu items would not jump to the following section. As it turns out, the issue wasn't with Divi, it was ME! I'm so thankful for Faisal and the support he gave me. He was excellent. I love Divi.

the quality of the specialist in helping me, going beyond her brief to ensure my problem was fixed.
Divi 5 introduces many good ideas and new features, and if the bugs are fixed it will be excellent. However, for RTL languages it still has more problems, just like Divi 4, which I had to solve with custom CSS and extra time. On the positive side, my experience with the support team was very good — they were responsive and helped me resolve the issues.
