Hi. My name is Baha and my order number is END_ 344601 , I ordered RAW CBD OIL 150MG CBD+/ML (STRONG) - 10ml, 1500mg. For payment, first, I used my Turkish debit card for the payment, but since the billing address did not match, my payment method was declined. Then I paid with my American debit card and completed my order. However, after completing my order, I noticed that the amount was also charged to my Turkish bank card. When I first spoke with customer service, I was told the refund would be issued within the day. Later, I also contacted my Turkish bank, and they confirmed that the payment had already been processed and sent to the receiving bank. When I contacted Endoca customer service again, I was told the refund would be made within a few days. It has now been almost a month, and I still have not received the refund. The product seems to work as far as its delivery of calming THC but as a gum it is unchewable. It quickly degrades into a soft almost slimy substance that sticks to your gums and teeth. Not good.
