The products are good, but they just don't send the tracking number which is really annoying when they use UPS because it never gets delivered to the house, the support email also does not reply right away. Hence... I've been on the verge of losing my products on two occasions because they were about to be sent back.

I just think the goods you get there is no competition out there. I've told 1000s of people over the last 10 years to just get from Endoca. Sadly some still chose to go for various cheaper versions, and some off streets. But all the ones I've informed are still here or had a few years longer on their lives.
