Your internet did not work when I tried…bad service

Your internet did not work when I tried to order.I called to order and made5 attempts to reset password at behest of associate there, to no avail. Associate seemed angry, unfriendly when finally ordering over the phone, but did not get a shipping notice that the medical products were shipped,,,tried to log in again today, Could not, and still could not change password or put a new one in,,,,your new interet service is awful. for some reason the payment just hit mg bank today,,,,makes no sens,,,that was several days ago,,,so likely they have not been shipped,,,,not happy with the drop from extra ordinary service and ease of internet for over 10 years to a zero on service

Ordered 5 boxes of hollister 7700 skin…

Ordered 5 boxes of hollister 7700 skin barriers. Shipping was delayed, but I wouldn’t hold it against the company. However, the top side of most the barriers had no tackiness to them and are so smooth that my appliance that goes over them will not stick to them at all. Out of 25 I pulled out 4 that were normal and useable.

Not as easy to order this time

I was always able to get what I needed to order and be done. I wasn't able to log in with a new password as required by this site. So I finally had to use my husbands email to complete my order.
