I like the appearance of most of your apparel, but I am not happy that they are made of polyester. Perhaps in the future, you could try making some of them out of a different fabric instead of every top I looked at is made of polyester.😞
DONT BE TEMPTED TO BUY FROM FAIRYSEASON!!!
No delivery of items ordered and paid for! They claimed that delivery was attempted but failed so parcel was returned to them. Now want me to pay an additional $6.99 to some bogus PayPal account to have it redelivered! I just want a refund! $108 AUD

QUICK AND ACCOMMODATING I ordered my daughter Barbie sneakers, they were a perfect match for her outfit and she loves them. The sneeakers arrived just in time for the Barbie themed birthday party.

Excellent customer service. The shoes that I ordered did not fit. Customer service was quick to respond when I contacted them via email, worked with me to reach a resoution and shipped the correct size ASAP.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. The clothes are poorly made and they demand you send the return back to China paying postage and requiring insurance AND deducting postage from the return. The company is a SCAM. Buyer beware.

The clothes are of poor quality and the shoes are like clown shoes. They refuse to refund your money even after contacting the Better Business Bureau. The BBB has stated they have received multiple complaints against this company. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

NEVER ORDER FROM HERE
I ordered a footwear. Arrived on time size very small and quality poor. I wanted to return item, after waiting 5 days for a response I was offered a 20% refund and keep the item or return the footwear back to an China address and must have tracking option for proof.

I never write reviews, but for those skeptical, Fairyseason went out of their way to help me! My local Post Office messed up delivering my order. I contacted Fairyseason and they responded in a timely manner and corrected the Post Offices’ error!

I got my stuff in two weeks. My order was T-Shirts and a bathing suit. Good quality stuff. It fit true to size but fit/tight. So I would size up if you want loose. I will definitely order again though.

multi-colored palm tree dress
I ordered the multi-colored palm tree, live simple dress. I live in Canada and got it about 10 days later. Pleased that it fit and actually looked like the pic. Material is nice too. Had no issues.
