The package arrived faster than I thought. The quality of the clothes was sadly just okay although they looked like normal good quality (and although I read in the reviews that the shirt (one of my items) ended up as surprisingly soft, but it wasn't - at least not for me - but after washing it, it's wearable (and I have sensitive skin)). I like the clothes nevertheless and am glad to have bought them, because they're so unique and cool! When something catches my eye again I would probably buy something here again.
I placed my order on August 9 because I need the item for a concert on September 5. The website stated that processing would take approximately 2–6 days, but my order is still showing as “processing” and has not even been prepared or shipped.
I have already tried contacting Fashion Chingu for an update, but unfortunately I have not received a response. This is especially concerning because the estimated shipping time is another 7–15 days. If my order is not processed and shipped very soon, there is a real possibility that I will not receive it before my concert.
I ordered early specifically to allow enough time for processing and delivery. At this point, I am simply asking Fashion Chingu to please respond to my messages and give me a clear and honest update about my order. If it cannot arrive before September 5, I would like to know now so I can make other arrangements.
If the product arrives after September 5, I will no longer need it and I intend to return it. In that case, I will be requesting a full refund of my purchase.
I will gladly update this review if the company responds and resolves the issue.

I've ordered an original Jersey of a member of BTS which had the tag "official merch" in the shop.
The quality is worth its money. The print is beautiful and looks like the pictures in Shop.
Customer service contacted me because of in issue even before the item arrived. So there wasn't any confusion about the packaging. In my case, the packaging went wrong, but customer service informed me beforehand.
The delivery time was okay for an item which has to be shipped across the globe.
I feel like giving them one star is a lot and It’s not even worth it. They said if you have inquiries about your order email or leave a voicemail they will reach out within 24 hours that one is BS. Not recommended.

I purchased 6 items over $200.
They did not have 2 items and still charged me over $90
They credit $60 it to my account.
I asked to refund $93 it to my credit card.
No response. I still have not received the credit back.
Also, for 1 of the dress that I purchased, the seams and cutting are different than the pictures. I must say it looks terrible.

I’ve ordered a few times, and generally I would say manage expectations for clothes, don’t bother ordering albums.
I ordered one skirt in a medium that was far too big, so when I ordered again, the small is way too small. The quality definitely varies as well, but mostly on the mediocre side. Given the price of the items, I’d definitely expect better and more attention to detail regarding the sewing. (I ordered some joggers; the colour was more peach than pink, and there’s a gap in the stitching of the waistband).
My experience with albums has truly been awful. I ordered 2 albums in April, and I’m still awaiting an update on them by the end of July. I have attempted to reach out multiple times, only to get absolutely nothing back. According to my original tracking email, it’s still on the “ordered” stage. However, where they’ve updated their website, one of the albums isn’t showing up on my order and the other one has supposedly been delivered.
I understand they generally have to source the products, but I’d recommend that they don’t suggest they’re available to order if they have no idea where to source it from. Moreover, they seriously need to make it easier to get in contact with them. I have a lot of patience for small businesses, but the lack of contact has really irritated me. I personally won’t be buying from them again.

The quality of the t-shirt was very good. The delivery experience was a bit chaotic and not very timely but I got it in the end. Customer service were reactive
At first I was rather unsure if this was legit. For sometime I have taken a look here and there but never purchased. My 21 birthday rolled around and I was like fk it. I got the Jungkook matching Butter jumpsuit? The white and blue, it was pricy but I went for it. The shipping and tracking was really smooth and quick, which I was very glad for as someone who is very paranoid shopping online anywhere. I like being kept updated and my package moving at a decent pace. It arrived and I have no regrets it's comfortable and looks super good. For reference I am 5’6, 50-55kg. I got an XL and the fit is a-lot more fitted than i expected. I suggest to get the largest size possible regardless of height or weight. I was expecting more of a baggy look but its okay because i kinda fw this lmao.
The quality is also nice, its not too heavy or too light, the fleece look really pulls off. And the delivery was super fast, came in like a week. I guess my only negatives about this is the hood, other than that its cool.
