For each booking, we need to confirm the availability and dates directly with the property owner or partner. Secondly, regarding the missing deposit amount, please note that bank and currency conversion fees, as well as transfer fees, are standard charges applied by banks and transfer platforms for international transactions. These fees are unfortunately outside of our direct control. We understand that these circumstances may have caused you inconvenience, and we appreciate your understanding.
