The cover for my fire pit arrived in perfect condition. The packaging is impressive - very sturdy to protect from damage. The biggest challenge was getting the protective film off the cover before attaching the handle! This cover looks great and will protect my investment in my fire pit.

Told me I could exchange a hose, three times verified, waited til I ordered replacement, then told me I couldn’t return other unused hose. Fraud!
Good morning Thomas, Thank you for the feedback. We have a 30 day return policy on all items unused and in there original packaging. The original order was placed on 11/20/23 and the replacement order was placed on 2/16/24 which is well outside of that window and so unfortunately we would not be able to return that item as it is outside of that window.
