Your pilot was amazing, friendly & helpful. (Female toilets need a clean) The booking process was difficult for us to complete in Australia b4 we arrived !! But we persevered as we didn’t want to miss out. It was an awesome experience & next time we’d love to experience New York at night time. Thanku

My wife and I just landed in Newark, NJ from Memphis, TN and was ready for the ride. The staff was very helpful and the ride was very exciting. Thank you for the wonderful experience!
We are so happy to hear that you and your wife had such an exciting ride after your flight to Newark! We appreciate you sharing your wonderful experience with us.
I’ve been coming to FlyNYON for about 10 years now. I love the new doors off helicopters, but I miss the old headsets where we could talk to my friends. It was hard to communicate and point things out to each other while in flight. Still the absolute greatest though.
We're so happy to hear you've been flying with us for a decade! We appreciate your feedback regarding the communication during flights. We are always looking for ways to enhance the experience for our guests.
It was amazing night time city experience Everything was easy and comfortable! No lines no parking headaches no 100 people like a Manhattan ones lol
We are so happy to hear you had an amazing nighttime city experience! We're thrilled that everything was easy and comfortable for you, and that you enjoyed a hassle-free experience.
My first helicopter tour ever, and it was an amazing experience! The staff and the pilot were incredibly friendly and made the whole experience unforgettable. The only thing I regret is not trying it sooner!!! and only booking the 15-minute tour. If I had known it would be this much fun, I definitely would have booked the 30-minute option instead. The time flew by so quickly! I’ll definitely be coming back to experience the full tour. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for an unforgettable adventure! 10/10 experience. Can’t wait to come back for the longer tour!
We are absolutely thrilled to hear that your first helicopter tour with us was such an amazing and unforgettable experience! It's wonderful to know that our staff and pilot made such a positive impression. We completely understand how quickly time can fly when you're having fun, and we're delighted you're already planning to return for a longer tour. We can't wait to welcome you back for another incredible adventure!
Speechless. Absolutely breathtaking! A true must-have experience. Seeing New York from an open-door helicopter is unlike anything else. I would do it again anytime. Worth every penny! 🚁🗽
We are absolutely thrilled to hear you had such a breathtaking experience! Seeing New York from an open-door helicopter truly is a unique adventure, and we're so glad you enjoyed every moment. We look forward to welcoming you back again soon!
Thank you so much for flying with us!
We're so glad to hear that your experience with us was incredible every step of the way. We truly appreciate your wonderful feedback!
The experience was a 10/10 but something I would like to highlight would be the seating arrangement. As people are sat according to weight, in the back 3 seat configuration it gets so packed that the ones sitting on the sides can barely turn 90 degrees to get the iconic shoe selfies. For me it was too hard to turn 90, and even during takeoff one of my thighs wasn’t even on the seat, so essentially I wasn’t fully able to avail the experience I rather was scared to turn 90 cuz id fall off literally. The people sitting next to me took some space leaving me with barely half the seat. So I know it wont be fair to everyone; you could rather add a weight limit, assign seats differently, or build larger seats at the back so everyone can have a comfortable experience and a guaranteed shoe selfie! On a side note I loved the staff they were so helpful and kind, there was a weather issue on the actual flight day but the rescheduling process was so smooth. Will recommend flying with flynyon to everyone!!
We truly appreciate you sharing your detailed feedback regarding your recent experience. We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed the overall experience and found our staff helpful and kind, especially with the rescheduling process. We apologize for any discomfort you experienced with the seating arrangements. We are constantly looking for ways to improve our services and ensure everyone has a comfortable and enjoyable experience. We will certainly consider your suggestions regarding weight limits, seat assignments, and seat design as we review our procedures to enhance the experience for all our guests. Thank you for your recommendation!
