Dont know what has changed but when I did it back in 2019 the flught was x1000 times better. Pilot stopped every highlight allowing us to take a photo above Liberty statue, empire state, zone 0 etc. Know just simply rides along the river amd gets just a moment over central park. Plus pilot was commenting all the time what we were seeing and flying avobe

Easy booking process, wonderful flight and nice staff. We took the long doors-off tour and it was worth every penny.

Honestly there were a lot of people trying to convince us to cancel the flight, affected by the general scare mongering surrounding heli rides, but honestly with the multiple safety drills and protections in place, it was an absolute breeze. Really thrilling. Would love to do it again.

I really enjoyed flying in an open-door helicopter and seeing the city from above. It was something I had never done before, and it turned out to be an unforgettable experience. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.
The safety standards were excellent, and the entire staff was friendly, professional, and attentive throughout the whole experience. They made me feel comfortable and well taken care of from start to finish.

Overall, the experience was good and I enjoyed it. However, I’m disappointed because I was told one thing before, and then something completely different happened. I feel like I wasn’t given accurate information, which was frustrating. Aside from that, the experience itself was good.

Friendly and Helpful
They were all friendly and helpful. We really liked the Austrian pilot, I forget his name, we felt safe and in good hands. They gave us a discount for the 30 min. flight which was great cuz I'm not sure if the 15 min flight would have been too short. Great experience.

We are so pleased to hear that our team was friendly and helpful, and that you felt safe with our pilot! It's wonderful that you enjoyed the 30-minute flight. Thank you for your kind words!
The experience was amazing although the pilot offered almost no commentary which was disappointing and would have been very helpful in getting a better picture of the iconic areas of New York.
