The doors off helicopter ride for the July 4 fireworks was truly outstanding. Absolutely 100% worth it. People said that the video I took was better than the News coverage. Thank you so much, I can’t wait to ride with you guys again.

Can't say enough good things about this…
Can't say enough good things about this experience. Extremely professional and fun crew, and was exciting for the family. Very focused on safety. Was also very informative when it came to reminders and potential weather issues, great communication. From the receptionists to our pilot Ralph, who was very fun, we had a great time. Will certainly look at doing this again when we're back in the region.

We loved this!
We loved this!! I was worried a bit after reading some of the online reviews, and also after our initial flight was cancelled due to bad weather. However, the flight was quickly rescheduled for the time which was convenient for us. Customer service was great, the entire crew was so polite and friendly...16min flight with open doors was amaziiiing!!! everything was great and I higly recommend

I had a very bad experience from the moment I tried to reschedule my flight. The staff were very rude in their email responses.
When we arrived, no one was genuinely friendly. They simply did their job, but the customer service was disappointing.
Unfortunately, I had also paid extra for the Selfie Shoe option, and we were never given any instructions about when or how to put our feet out for the photo. I wasn't the only one who was unhappy—three other people had the same complaint. I don't think that's fair because I paid extra for that feature and didn't receive the photo I paid for.
Overall, I honestly can't recommend this experience.

Everything was absolutely amazing! The entire staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and fun. A special thank you to our pilot — unfortunately I don’t remember his name, but he was absolutely fantastic and made the whole experience even more enjoyable.
We chose the doors-off helicopter flight, and it was one of the most breathtaking experiences I’ve ever had. The views, the feeling of flying with nothing between you and the scenery, and the adrenaline are simply impossible to compare to anything else.
I highly recommend this experience to everyone. If you ever have the chance, you should try it at least once in your life. It is truly unforgettable!

The greatest experience to do in New York. Staff are so gentle, the location is very nice and the Booking process is very fast, the staff is here to help you to do everything in every Moment. Really the best to do. Love it so much!

I would say the flight itself was very…WONDERFUL AND BREATHTAKING!!!
I would say the flight itself was very phenomenal and the pilot was super nice, she was very warm and welcoming. However, it was my birthday and I didn’t feel the welcome and just overall hospitality for that, like atleast do a little special thing for people’s birthday even if it’s a cardboard birthday hat or something. I see someone didn’t like their seat and they got a free ride again right after. So I know they are capable of doing more.

Overall great experience and fantastic views! I'd happily do it again and can recommend the 30min option to have sufficient time to take it all in.

- location is quite remote and you need to plan for at least 1h plus buffer to get there from Times square
- in combination with 90mins on top for upfront wating and preparation even more time is consumed
- check-in and prep was professionell but efficient to the point it felt bossy and unpersonal
