The whole experience got ruined
The whole experience got ruined. We were waiting for the pilot to tell us when we can put our legs out and take pictures and videos like the other people did and posted on Instagram, but the pilot never told us to do it. I was very disappointed towards the end.

We are truly sorry your experience didn't meet expectations. We appreciate you sharing this feedback, and we are reviewing our procedures to ensure clear communication during flights. During the safety video's, it is mentioned that the passengers can stick out their feet at anytime unless takeoff and landing. Also, a customer service representative verbally addresses this after the video along with the pilot addressing this directive. If this was not clear, we apologize.
Fantastic experience with FlyNYON
Fantastic experience with FlyNYON! From the initial booking of my flight through to completion the staff were professional and very accommodating when I had to change my flight dates. Big thanks also to the pilot who made the flight so much fun! I would definitely book with FlyNYON again!

It was the best thing I’ve ever done in…
It was the best thing I’ve ever done in my life! Flying in a helicopter, it’s a so easier and funnier than I expected. I thought I’m gonna have a panic attack but everything went so smooth because of FlyNyon company. They made my first ever flight unbelievably good. Thank you to the Louise and our pilot (gosh I forgot his name) for the best experience ever. They were very kind, friendly, helpful and make sure our flight will be great. Thank you, Louise. Truly amazing experience
Truly amazing experience. We did doors off at night and the ride was really smooth and the pilot was amazing. Will definitely do a ride everytime im in NYC. I recommend it to anyone! The staff were really kind and followed all the safety procedures.

Absolutely fantastic trip! Splurge and get the 30 min flight . It’s totally worth it! If you’re scared , don’t be! It’s super cool and once you take off you’ll forget your fears in awe of the beauty.
