Uses the model of free trial and then charges customers. While I know it's popular to do this approach, disappointed that customer service wouldn't refund when I noticed it the day of payment. I know it's not a given that companies do this - I feel like better customer service led companies do offer refunds as they want happy customers who have had a good experience rather than the revenue of a one monthly payment thats been forgotten about. Won't use again - make a note of the trial end date.

Very easy to use hope you all give more latest stunning graphics, photos, more sophisticated design features. The price is very affordable if possible to lower it more. Well done guys. I love it but with the new video feature, you all should built-in house. Thanks
I've used FotoJet for a while now to make simple collages for my business. I use them for document cover pages and social media. The quality and ease of use are top notch. I already have skills I'm using in my business and graphic design is not among them. FotoJet allows me to produce professional-looking photo spreads and social media content without having to learn yet more details to run my business successfully.
I liked its editing system and it has good tools that improve the image and the best thing is that they don't chase you with a paid license or something when downloading the image, there are hardly any editors as good as this one.
you buy the program for your mac, then realise the web-based version has more and better features! not happy!

Do not use this as they tried to charge your payment even you have unsubscribed the service and it is not refundable. It happened to me and i have seek the legal advice to work on it. I have also reported to the bank to investigate the matter further

If you don't pay for it you cannot save projects and as you can only work on 1 page/collage at a time it limits its use when you want to do a holidays worth of photos as I was

You can use and features and resources for free of FotoJet. It is a paid feature to save designs online. You can choose to subscribe to the plus plan to get this feature, or you can just download the design to your computer for free.
