Contacted the company for replacement of my lenses and found out I was out about 10 days. The customer service agent took care of it and in less then 10 days had a new pair of prescription sunglass, not just new lenses but frames also. Awesome company that stands behind what they promise.

Ordered a set of lenses for my Maui Jims perfect fit unfortunately one of the two lenses arrived with some scratches, emailed with some pictures of the scratched lens, it was weekend so didn’t expect an immediate reply, however come Monday morning I received an email reply, and quickly followed with an order confirmation that my new lenses have been prepped for shipping. Grade A customer service!

Couldn’t be happier! I ordered needed a set of replacement lenses and went to the warranty section, but I was concerned that since it had been since 2019 since my purchase that it wouldn’t be granted, but I was wrong.
