There was a bit of an issue with my order. I had used my debit card, and was shipping to my sister. Hence it was flagged for follow up. Which I appreciated. I’m glad they look out for such potential issues. The risk department promptly contacted me and we were able to have the authorization happen and my jacket was shipped to my sister in time for our celebration. It’s great quality.

They have a sketchy checkout process and shipped to the wrong address. Now they won’t do anything about it except reply with a bunch of hear and flower emojis. They also said they would reship or refund and then they proceeded to not do it. 0/10. If I could give a negative review I would.
