I gave them a "1" because "0" wasn't an option. This is the absolute WORST company to deal with. They are fundamentally dishonest. We ordered a very expensive cold laser (almost $6,000) that we never received. It was supposed to be delivered with a signature guarantee, but it never arrived. There was no proof of delivery on the UPS website, and UPS would not provide any information directly to us. REVOLVE+FWRD charged us anyway, and even though we tried repeatedly to obtain a credit from them, they instead refused to provide us with any documents or information to in any way confirm that we had received the item. They also refused to provide us a credit, and instead told us to initiate a chargeback with our credit card company, promising us repeatedly that they would would do everything they could to support us. We filed a dispute of the charge, but they did the complete opposite. They objected to and opposed our chargeback request. When I reached out to them again to request that they provide us with the same documents & information they sent to our credit card company, they initially said they would, but then changed their minds and again refused to do so. REVOLVE+FWRD is a fundamentally dishonest company that should absolutely NOT be trusted. They lied and misrepresented themselves to us repeatedly, and refused to follow through on anything they said they would do. RUN, don't walk, and never do business with this terribly dishonest company.

I ordered shoes, but they were a bit narrow in fit, so I returned them using Australia Post as per their instructions. I received confirmation from Australia Post that the shoes were delivered back to them.
I waited for a week but received no update, so I raised a case with PayPal and also contacted the company directly. At first, they replied asking me to drop the PayPal case and said they would look into the refund, which could take a few weeks.
I waited four weeks, and then they replied saying that I had sent the wrong item and that they couldn’t process the refund unless I returned the correct item.
Seriously, this is a scam. People, please stay away from them. Luckily, I didn’t buy anything too expensive. I usually shop from Cettire and Farfetch and have never had any issues with them.
I ordered the wrong size shoes for my husband for Christmas, not once, but twice! FWRD’s customer service responded quickly to me in both instances, offered to let me return one item at no cost to me, and cancelled the other item before I was even charged. The shoes we received, although the wrong size, were exactly as pictured. Based on this, and the excellent customer service I received, would highly recommend this company!
Applied the 20% off promo code the tried to pay. All my options were declined for no reason. I reached out to the help and they re issued me a one time code that didn’t work then said I had used it. The supplied order number didn’t exist and no proof of my placed order could be provided.
Will not be shopping here again, a pretty good scam.
Too much packaging. We ordered two bottles of olive oil which each came in a separate box and then both boxes were put into a massive box about hip high. Yet, the most disappointing and upsetting surprise came after we opened the bottles and the oil was off. They were meant as gifts and it was terribly embarrassing. Ridiculous waste and wouldn’t order again.
