One of the worst delivery experiences I've ever had.
This company has given me one of the worst delivery experences I've ever had with zero communication either by phone or email, non-delivery of item and excuses for the non-delivery, lying to the intermediary that the item had been delivered when it patently hadn't, really seriously poor customer telephone services and an AI 'Frankie' that was so useless its impossible for me to say the endless frustration it created.
Remember spotting TNF Glenclyffe Low sneakers at the end of autumn. By that time, it was already difficult to find popular sizes because I had waited a little too long before buying my winter pair. Honestly, I didn’t expect to end up placing a preorder, and I wasn’t very confident it would arrive on time, usually that’s where delays happen. But you guys absolutely nailed it.
Everything arrived within the promised timeframe, and I finally got the exact TNF pair I wanted. That’s a huge plus in my book

I am amazed by FWRD and especially Sofia who helped me on Thursday. I ordered a gift for my son to arrive Friday. I was all set, except when I got my confirmation it said it would arrive Monday. Too late for the party on Sunday. I called and spoke to Sofia and she informed me that they could not likely get it to me on Friday as I ordered after Noon on Thursday. I explained that it was not clear until I got my confirmation and had paid. She promised to do what she could and lo and behold, the shoes arrived today (Friday), it plenty of time. She is a rock star and the company is outstanding. Got a real person instantly when I called and they made it happen. Just awesome!

The last time I received service at this level was at Disney World, which says a lot. Shelley is easily one of the best customer service agents I’ve interacted with.
They not only resolved my issue efficiently, but went beyond what I typically expect. Shelley was attentive, communicated clearly, and even took the time to pronounce my name correctly, which made the interaction feel personal and respectful.

Top notch online boutique. I receive weekly shipments from FWRD because their selection is amazing and irresistible. Shipping is so quick, items arrive by day 2. Their app is easy to manage current purchases and add items to a wishlist. Majority of my closet is from this site. Customer service is always great and friendly. Above all, they are a honest business. There’s so many garbage sites out there that have deceiving practices. Forward sets the bar high, I’ll be a forever customer <3
I ordered an item from this store and was scammed! On the day the order was supposed to be delivered, it wasn’t. The store decided not to deliver the item I paid for, and this is reflected on the UPS website. I contacted the store to ask why this happened, and after a few days, they replied that they couldn’t help me, wouldn’t refund my money, and wouldn’t deliver the order. As a result, you’re left with no money and no product. Scam!! I do not recommend this store!!!

Item Not Received and Forced Refund Resulting in Financial Loss
I placed a pre-order with FWRD, charged in AUD and the order was lost in transit. The refund was issued in USD without prior consultation. Due to exchange-rate timing, the AUD amount returned was significantly lower than my original charge.
After several days of correspondence, FWRD said they could not address the discrepancy, pointing to PayPal/bank fee. Communication was polite, but accountability was lacking.

I recently had an issue with a promo code. I called FRWD and they felt my frustration. Not only did they fix the problem right away, they gave me an additional 5% off when they didn't have to. The person that helped me was professional and understanding. She turned a negative into a positive.
This is a company that understands that Service is More Important than Product. I will not purchase my shoes anywhere else.
I've ordered from FWRD a few times but I had to leave this review because they have great customer service. They make returns easy by placing a return label in the box so you can return instantly without even putting a request in. Refund was processed the same day they received the item. They also actually have a customer service number!!! Out of all of the nontraditional luxury retailers, FWRD truly stands out.
What an awful, horrible company this is! We never received our order but they charged us for it anyway. They initially promised to give us a credit, but they first wanted us to agree to not dispute the charge. We didn't trust them, so we disputed it. Even though they said they would cooperate with us, they instead did they opposite. They tried to tell our credit card company that we received the delivery, even though they had never provided any proof of delivery. They are liars, don't trust them.
