Thank you for leaving feedback on your experience, but I must admit I don't understand the rating: you explain that we performed a check because you used a different email address than the one associated with your PayPal account, but that this check was quick and efficient, even on a Sunday. Under these circumstances, why give it 3 stars? Would you have given it a better rating if we hadn't performed a verification check on this first transaction?

Hey, thanks for leaving a review - for reference you were contacted and asked for further information about the problem you encountered but you refused to provide any information. We are happy to assist with issues as promptly as possible, but we ask that you treat our customer service with a kinder attitude. Keys are all direct from publishers and work, if there's a hardware issue we can do our best to resolve it with you. But so far you have not shared any information or proof of the problem and we do not accept refunds once the key has been activated without a reason or explanation. Regardless, our team will be in touch and I hope you do reconsider our stance on the matter

We're sorry you're disappointed, but please understand that giveaway expiration dates are listed alongside promotional offers from our manufacturing partners. If you retrieved an old, expired voucher from our partners' websites, it unfortunately won't work. If you've created an account with us and want to delete it, simply request its deletion from our customer service team, who will respond within the same day, even on weekends.
