It saved us at the last minute—we’re so grateful we found it. Our only concern was that we kept getting a warning about a problem with the brake system and a lack of maintenance throughout the entire time we used it, but other than that, everything was fine and it served us well. Thank you so much!

I’ve been using this platform without problem for 2 years. Recently I rented a car which unbeknown to me was damaged during my rental. I had taken out additional accidental damage cover from Getaround and so believed my liability would be limited to €250. Getaround are trying to charge me €1300 for the repairs which obviously I’m refusing to pay. I’ve asked to talk to them to understand why they’re charging me the full cost of the repair - but so far have been unable to speak to anyone L. Today they have blocked my account !!!
